Things I would have changed:nothing really What others should know:First off, get the high rise scope rings, makes loading so much easier. Read the instruction book before you ever shoot the thing, there are some helpful hints in there. This is a MEDIUM powered gun, don't expect 1000fps, ain't going to happen. 750fps max on a good day is the best it'll do. For a target shooter under $50 you can not beat it. Also try those Gamo Raptor pellets in it. They boost velocity, give a flat trajectory, and hit hard enough to do some real damage. It is worth every penny.
Things I liked:This is a fine pistol for target shooting or just plinking. With a little practice, a good shot can get accuracy equal to a rifle. I use open sights, and can hit targets the size of a half dollar at 100 ft. It does has an 11 mm scope rail if you want optics, so it's customizable. It's a hefty gun, but just so much to aid in stabilizing

It's a hefty gun, but just so much to aid in stabilizing the shot. I also like the Walther barrel, it has deep rifling, and I am confident that I will not wear it out in my lifetime. I also like the auto reset safety. Every time you cock and load the gun, it resets itself. Very handy as it does come with an adjustable trigger, which can be set VERY crisp and light. No accidental shots with this gun. The overall fit and finish of this pistol is very good. This gun is a high quality, well thought out single pump pistol. If you are looking for one of those rare cases where you get more than you pay for, or expect, this is it. This is an outstanding value, extremely accurate, and very well made. I recomend you buy this gun, I promise you won't regret it. Things I would have changed:NOTHING What others should know:If you are worried about screws backing out, when you get this gun back the screws almost all the way out and put a drop of Lok-Tite on them and tighten them back down. I would suggest doing this one screw at a time as to avoid misaligning anything.
It is easier to load hollow point or pointed pellets than wadcutters. My gun likes Crosman Premier hollow points. After I had the gun a while, I found I was able to load Daisy Precision Max Flat nosed pretty easily. They go faster due to being lighter than the Crosman ammo.
Also I put a drop of white paint on the backside of the front blade sight, to help in getting the target lined up faster, it's good too, in low light.

Things I liked:This is a very accurate pistol(after you break it in-about 250 shots). The weight is comparable to that of a real handgun, but that's not a bad thing. I shoot mine two handed in a military stance and have wonderful accuracy from it. It lends itself to many accessories, it has a scope rail on top, a laser can be mounted on the trigger

I shoot mine two handed in a military stance and have wonderful accuracy from it. It lends itself to many accessories, it has a scope rail on top, a laser can be mounted on the trigger gaurd, etc. The power is unexpectedly high for a pistol too. Check this puppy out you won't be sorry. Things I would have changed:Not a thing! What others should know:It can be a little hard to cock, but it is a single pump pneumatic and you're pushing a lot of air into a tiny chamber. It has micrometer metal rear sights totally adjustable. It prefferes to eat Crosman domed hollow point pellets (aka Hunting pellets), but if you want to use wadcutters, use Daisy el cheapo wadcutters. The flat front is a little harder to load, but you will get the hang of it after a while. This is an excellent gun, I recomend you run out and buy one asap. It has target pistol performance at a bargain price.

Things I liked:I really like the variable power, with between 2 and 10 pumps, you can adjust the down range power to suit the job. Also the accuracy is outstanding. With some practice, you can hit the 10 spot on a target every time. Wonderful airgun! The weight is light and that makes for an all day shooter, plus it aids in target aquisition

With some practice, you can hit the 10 spot on a target every time. Wonderful airgun! The weight is light and that makes for an all day shooter, plus it aids in target aquisition. Easy to just point and shoot. Things I would have changed:I would add a magazine for the pellets, it's a single shot rifle, and that tends to slow the shooter down a bit. What others should know:When you first get this rifle, take the time to carefuly read the instruction book. There are hints about loading pellets that realy help. Also, NEVER pump it over 10 times. You won't get extra power and you may just blow out your seals making the gun leak air. Follow the instructions, and you will have a long lasting, super accurate, powerful airgun.
Things I liked:Enhanced speed, penetration. I like the gold plating, it's soft like lead, so it grips the rifling well and causes it to be spot on accurate. I shot these from a .22 cal. Chinese made underlevel rifle that shoots @ 900 fps with lead. With these I shot thru my 3/4 inch backstop and kept on going. Had to put a steel plate on the

Things I would have changed:More for the money or less money for what you get What others should know:It never hurts to add a little of your favorite pellet lube to the tube and shake it a bit. Be careful where you shoot! These are lethal pellets not to be taken lightly. You can seriously hurt someone if you don't check out behind your target. Be aware they will ricochet if shot from a powerful gun.
