Things I liked:For the money you can't beat this gun. Decent scope, good accuracy, well balanced. Easy to shoot for long periods of time. Things I would have changed:Trigger is stiff, tie wrap the return spring to the trigger and it pulls almost as easy as my CDTIII. Scope mounts will not hold the scope, and they slide on the receiver

Things I would have changed:Trigger is stiff, tie wrap the return spring to the trigger and it pulls almost as easy as my CDTIII. Scope mounts will not hold the scope, and they slide on the receiver, I ended up buying a Crosman one piece mount that solved the problem. What others should know:This gun is nearly as accurate as my Gamo CFX. It is made in China, but seems to be built very well. We probably have put about 1,000 rounds through it with no problems at all. A little hard to cock for my 11 year old, but he is getting the hang of it. I would recommend this gun to anyone who wants a low priced air rifle.

Things I liked:Made in USA, Remington name, feels good, nice scope, well balanced. Nice one piece scope mount. Things I would have changed:Quality of this gun is inferior to my Gamo CFX, and even the $100 Crosman Quest we have. What others should know:I hate to write a review like this. Bought this gun for my Dad early

Things I would have changed:Quality of this gun is inferior to my Gamo CFX, and even the $100 Crosman Quest we have. What others should know:I hate to write a review like this. Bought this gun for my Dad early in Dec 08 for Christmas. By the time we got around to shooting it, PA's return period was over. At their recomendation we sent it back to Crosman who was very cooperative. The problem? The barrel came loose in the breech. When we got it back, they had tightened a small set screw in the breech which quickly came loose again (3 or 4 shots). Sent it back again, this time we received a different rifle complete with a new scope. Now we're cooking, we thought. The barrel on this one does not latch consistantly. Sometimes there is a gap between the barrel and the receiver, sometimes not. It is always possible to close it all the way, but you have to check it every time. This may be the one in a million, as evidenced by the other reviews, but never the less, it is the one we got.

Things I liked:Accuracy, easy to cock. After well over 2000 shots absolutely no problems. Fun and easy to shoot, nice looking. Shoots as good as any air gun we have. Fit and finish very good. Things I would have changed:The included scope is junk, buy it without a scope, buy a Gamo one piece mount and a decent scope. Trigger is heavy

Fit and finish very good. Things I would have changed:The included scope is junk, buy it without a scope, buy a Gamo one piece mount and a decent scope. Trigger is heavy, I put a CDTIII trigger in it. What others should know:Mine seems to like Gamo hunters. The cheap Beeman coated hollowpoints from PA do a decent job, and make shooting very affordable. A little front heavy compared to the two break barrels we have. Takes a little time to master dropping the pellet in the breech, but but easily done. May not be an issue for most, but the gun takes considerably longer to load than a break barrel.
