RWS quality, I have a model 34 thats over 10 years old and still works great. Things I would have changed:I dont like the front plastic sight. It gets in the way if a scope, it also looks silly. Also dont care much for the safety just feels cheap. I wish RWS would adopt a safety like that on the Gamo Hunter Extreme. Also the scope mount is flawed as you cannot mount a scope normally or it will just gouge out the hole for the stop pin. Not as powerful as advertised. The combo I bought came with the RWS300 scope which is not powerful enough for this gun in my opinion. At only 4x it doesnt have the zoom for more distant shots. What others should know:This is a very nice gun. Accuracy is dead on and very easy to shoot when held properly. The manner in which you cock and load the gun will take an hour or two of getting used to. If you drop a pellet when trying to load it then you have to flip the gun over and shake it until the pellet falls out. The best ammo for this gun that I have tried is either crosman premieres domed heavies or beeman kodiaks. Both shoot nearly the same. Expect dime sized groups at 20 yards with these pellets once you figure out how the gun likes to be held. I mounted a bushnell 4-12x40 scope on it using the RWS C mount and had problems with recoil moving the scope in the rings. Applied Scotchkote to the rings and that stopped the creeping.
Twice i have tried to cock the gun and the beartrap mechanism clicked but could not get the gun to fully cock without retrying a few times for some reason. Not sure if this is indicative of something to come down the road or not.
The gun is not as powerful as advertised. I bought it in .177 caliber and while it does have enough power for me to be plenty happy with It does seem to have a tad less than the Gamo hunter extreme that I had before it was traded in for the RWS. The RWS is a quality peice and much attention to detail has been paid in making it. For example where the butt pad meets the wood on the stock its perfectly flush and lined up.
Overally very happy with purchase and I expect I will have this quality gun for many decades to come.

It was my first real airgun in that it was, at the time a serious weapon to me. Over the years I had broken off the sights by dropping it while on a bike, put in a few dings and such here and there but overall it still is in great shape. Reliable peice! Things I would have changed:For the price and what this gun is intended for I cant see any faults. What others should know:Nothing I can think of, This has simply been a reliable, solidly built peice. I cant really comment on accuracy as It only has open sights and up until just a couple weeks ago when I decided to get a more serious air rifle hitting a can 50' away was my definition of accurate. I first got this gun when I was maybe 11 or 12 and I am 22 now and I havent outgrown it.
Things I liked:These will blow through peices of metal that no other pellet will penetrate with my gun. Even heavies. Their accuracy isint really good enough for me to try and hunt with. I certainly dont think i would try and shoot anything at "long range" which to me is 50 yards + They dont penetrate things like wood though very well. Things

Things I would have changed: What others should know:If you want a pellet to just shoot random things with these would be good for some stuff. A bit expensive for that kind of shooting though. These are not like a regular pellet with a plastic rear area like i thought. They actually are metal all the way down the gold plastic part on the inside.
Things I liked:These are almost as accurate as the Beeman Kodiak in my gun. They are nearly the same. These do seem to do more damage to my 1/2" plywood target than the kodiaks do. Maybe because they are hardened. Good value for the money. Things I would have changed:I dont like the fact that they will lead the barrel. Also they are

Also they are pretty dirty, Your fingers will be black after a good shooting session. I dont mind the box but if it ever were to get spilled thats alot of pellets to have to pick up. Perhaps smaller cans are better for that reason. What others should know:Personally, I would buy the Beeman Kodiaks over these. Yes they are twice as much money but I think they are better pellets overall. These are still very good. Better than pretty much anything else I have tried.
Things I liked:Accuracy!!! These are very accurate in my RWS 460. I could probably put 5 shots in a single hole with this pellet at 20 yards if the gun was in some kind of vise. I like the fact the top doesnt screw on. Its easier to open with one hand. Then again, If I dropped the can they would probably go everywhere. Things I would

What others should know:So far these have been the most accurate and consistent pellets I have tried. Better than copperhead wadcutters, Crow magnums, PBA, and Premier super points. I have ordered all of what is considered to be the most accurate pellets but these are available locally as well which most others arent. I'll have to wait and see how they compare to the JSB predators, Premier heavies and Kodiaks in my gun but these are accurate enough that I could put them in a single hole nearly every time if I could aim that good. Shooting them in an RWS 460 magnum.
Things I liked:They are not lead, the sound, accuracy and speed. Things I would have changed:The container they come in. They are quite pricey. What others should know:Using these in the Hunter Extreme they are quite loud. Too loud for anyone with neighbors even relatively close. I live on 5 acres and the closest neighbors

I live on 5 acres and the closest neighbors arent very close but already had them come by to see what I was shooting for fear of it being some kind of rifle. Accuracy seems quite good with these. After reading the other reviews I expected them to be all over the place but this was not the case.
