The Pneuma's unique scope rail accepts either Weaver or 11mm mounts. It has slots, but they're not spaced like Picatinny slots.
Your Pneuma comes with a bleed screw, fill adapter and o-rings.
The bleed screw fits on the end of the air reservoir (when it's removed from the gun). A quick turn, and the air starts to exhaust from the tank. When the indicator on the air pressure gauge (on the other end of the tank) shows "0" (zero), the tank is completely empty.
To fill the air tank, remove the protective valve plug from the fill port, insert the enclosed adapter that you've already attached to the fill device and fill your gun. When you're done, put the protective valve plug back in place and you're good to go!
