Things I liked:Pellet uniformity was good, they shot as good or better at 20 yards from my Daisy 901, grouping 5 shots under an inch with 3 of the 5 in a cloverleaf. They seem to engage the rifling and seal better than most other store bought pellets. Things I would have changed:Maybe a foam disc adhered to the tin lid to prevent rattling/pellet damage? What others should know:These won't group or shoot like Supermags or Exact's but for the money, Gamo pellets are a great value in my opinion. Also, looks like Gamo is using different molds. The pellets purchased here compared to some that I've had for 5 years , both Magnum pellets, the older ones seem to be more precise, with more definition in the skirt detail.
Things I liked:Beautiful consistency pellet to pellet, at 20 yards in my Daisy 901 , seated, I was able to put 8 shots into a .75" grouping. The 9.3gr weight really likes the rifling twist in the 901, and punched a nice clean hole when it passes thru the target. Things I would have changed:Maybe a little lighter version , say 8.5gr to retain a little speed and energy+accuracy? What others should know:Buy these, the molding is German precise and with the added weight they'll be more accurate :)
Things I liked:The variety, now I know that my Daisy 901 doesn't like anything under 7.5gr, it prefers the Exacts in this sampler of 8.2 and 8.4gr . No trouble busting a 2 liter full of shaken soda at 15 yards and accurate at 20 yards in my gun. I plan on reusing the box once I shoot all the pellets , storing the majority of whichever pellet I decide on. Things I would have changed:Price for 400 pellets is a little high, but for the money it's not a complete turn off, I mean hey, I bought some, LOL. What others should know:When they say to try out the sampler pack(s), just do it, it'll save you time and $$$ down the road and you'll be sighted in in no time. Oh, super fast shipping and great phone customer service!
