Things I liked:For my RWS 48 .22 cal; excellent accuracy at longer, 80 yard ranges (3" groups). Consistant sub 1" goups at 40 yards. Hard hitting pellet that won't foul the rifle like the CP's. Packed well in foam for no bent skirts in 4 tins of 500. Lid clamps tight to prevent spills. Pyramid packed the tins well to minimize shipping damage. Unbeatable value when purchased in sets of 4 tins (one free). Things I would have changed:Nothing. What others should know:These are my choice for pest removal. Sub one inch groups at 40 yards and one hit quick kills for ground squirles makes these the go to pellet. These are a bit heavier than than my second favorite Crosman Premiers so hold a little high (3/4") at 40 yards. Hit harder than the CP's.
Things I liked:Very good lube for your metal hinges and pivot points. This seems like a small quantity but is actually more than you will ever need, even if you own several weapons. A great value. You will not find a higher percentage of moly in a hobby or auto parts store lube. Things I would have changed:Nothing What others should know:Use very sparingly. This is a moly product and is black in color. Any excess is a waste and WILL find its way to your fingers and clothing. Use a very small brush or toothpick to apply to pivot points.
Things I liked:This review is based on my first 100 shots at 30 feet using a RWS 48. All groups were very tight with a max of .25" ctc. Numerous shooting positions were used and the seated supported position was the most accurate with this weapon. Do not hold pressure on the fore-stock; let it move with the recoil for the best consistancy in your groups. Of all the ammo I have tried, the Premiers are the most consistant and accurate. Do not base your decision to purchase these based on your results seen using other shapes (pointed, HPs) of Crosman pellets. These pellets are outstanding. Things I would have changed:Nothing - there were no deformaties or issues. What others should know:I do not 'wash' pellets, I shoot them right from the container. Expect your fingers to have some residue after shooting. I will re-evaluate at 1) longer distances of +100 feet and 2) compare these with the the JSB Match Diabolo Exact Jumbo Heavy 18.13grain Domed. I have not tried the JSB Jumbo Heavy yet but the lighter Jumbos have not been as accurate in prior testing.
