Things I would have changed:fill in the hole, the hollowpoint does nothing in a pellet gun that I can see.

Even at 1000 fps you will not get much expansion on game. Oh, expansion in ballistic putty is impressive, but that pretty much goes for ANY pellet fired at that velocity into ballistic putty.On game like tree rats and rabbits and birds they just punch right through! They do kill quickly and consistently though.If you want expansion in game, you need a pure lead pellet with a big hollow point cavity or a pure lead with a plastic plug to force expansion.Hint...think predators if they will shoot well in your gun. I find expansion with them to be awesome!Crosman adds tin and antimony to harden their pellets. Why the heck I cannot even begin to guess! WAIT? Could it be to minimize deforming from shipping and handling?Get a grip Crosman. Make pure lead pellets with extreme quality control and then package them such that the can survive a Fed Ex or UPS gorilla handling them!!!

Things I would have changed:Per oil gun from factory.
What others should know:I bought this gun to replace one like it, that my Dad bought in 1975. A Sheridan Blue Streak CB9 .20 cal. 35 years of use, had the seals replaced once in that 35 years.
