Things I liked:Rods are metal and decent.....Just push / pull with their small size in mind and they should last a long time. Box it comes in is good for storage also. Like the blunt brass end for knocking any chunks out of the barrel. Used it to verify that my barrel was clear....nice! Things I would have changed:Came with oil but no cleaner. No bore mop. Now i have to buy that separately.wish it came with a nylon brush instead of the brass brush. Brass seems harsh for shallow air gun rifling. Decent enough starter kit...just know you will need additional pieces to have a fully functional kit.
Things I liked:Its very accurate, once you can do a little trigger work. I like the weight of the gun. It is a lot heavier than my buddy's gamo rifle and that makes it feel more "real" and makes it easier for me to steady the gun. The stock is quite nice, the cocking, mechanism is smooth and sturdy. I was looking for a solid, reliable shooter that will last me for years....this is the gun I was looking for. The scope is nice for the money. In low light, it is a big step up from what is mounted to my buddy's gamo whisper. His is very soft and out of focus in low light...this 4x scope is quite bright and performs much better than I ever expected it would. The lighted reticle is super cool in low light, the red being much better than the green in my opinion. Things I would have changed:The trigger is the worst part of the gun. I am used to shooting firearms at distance with approx 2 lb triggers. This registered about 5 lbs via my digital trigger pull gauge. I installed a Charlie DA Tuna trigger and it is now in the 3 lb range. With some more work, it will be under 3 and perfect. The stock trigger is not bad....just "typical" at best. Know that for about $30, you can upgrade this good gun to a really good gun. What others should know:I have smoked over 40 chipmunks and 10 squirrels in the past two weeks....virtually eliminating my garden and landscape problems. Squirrel head shots at 30+ yards? Not a problem. I am ALMOST sad that I am ruing out of targets! I have about 400 rounds thru it so far between plinking and hunting. This is an excellent value and I have already recommended it to a couple of buddy's.....especially the gamo guys. I will replace the scope but only because I will have a better one available due to another upgrade on a different gun I own. Otherwise I would keep the included scope. This is a great package!
Things I liked:fit, accuracy Things I would have changed:nothing What others should know:these are excellent pellets. well worth the money. shooting thru my stoeger x20s.....they are incredibly accurate.
Things I liked:The design is great. Things I would have changed:They are too large and do not fit into my Steger ATAC without pushing them so hard the pellet deforms. No issues with 10 other pellet designs/brands. There goes $15 down the drain. :(
Things I liked:Works good. Patch plunger works fine....don't use the brass brush. Things I would have changed:Include nylon brush which is better for fine rifling of airgun barrel. You will also need some barrel cleaner....this kit only comes with oil. What others should know:It works. I use with some general Hoppes bore cleaner (not included) and it cleans out the barrel nicely. Get big patches in bulk and cut down to size to save money and make them last! :)
Things I liked:The price is OK....but still not worth it. Things I would have changed:Better quality. These are pretty rough and crude. What others should know:They are major flyer city out of my Stoeger X20S and ATAC. They are all over the place. Just not the right pellet for my guns. :(
Things I liked:Accuracy. Consistent. Hard hitting. My ATAC loves these pellets. Best match for my gun that I have found. Great squirrel and chipmunk whackers. Stops them in their tracks. Things I would have changed:Nothing..... What others should know:If you are an ATAC owner, you should really give these a try!
Things I liked:Accuracy. Consistency. Things I would have changed:Nothing....maybe more pellets per tin (had to say it....but still a great value) What others should know:I am shooting these out of my FX Bobcat MKII .25 and they are exceptional. When shooting past 80 yards, I have seen a few wobblers, but my gun is not fully broken in yet and with anything closer than that, they fly true and hit hard.
