Things I liked:This cartridge offers a very convenient solution to setting up multiple pellet shots ahead of time. The 5 shot cartridge is easy to load and stores nicely in the mock shell cartridge of the MA-177. I plan to get a few more.. Things I would have changed:Although not a big deal as it is I would like to change the horizontal grip to a small "T" grip to make it a little easier to extract. As it is now you have to pinch it with your finger tips but with a "T" grip you could trap the "T" between your fingers and have better control when removing it. What others should know:The cartridge does not automatically advance to the next position. This is a fully manual operation. Where the cartridge is meant for a pump action rifle you have to stop to pump it after each shot anyway so incrementing the cartridge to the next position becomes just another part of the process.
Things I liked:I have had two of these rifles for about a year now. In general they look great and have a nice feel as well as being fun to shoot. With pellets the accuracy has been good and consistent at 50 yards. The gun has a comfortable weight and once you get a feel for advancing the pellet cartridge its simple bolt action is simple enough to use. We added scopes to them and they took on a more aggressive and cooler look which also helped to tighten up the groups. We have not tried BBs yet. Things I would have changed:Although it works just fine as it is the one thing I did not like much was the forward hand grip which doubles as the pump lever. The plastic feels a bit cheap and tinny to me as it is pumped. So it is my opinion that it's material should be changed to give the handle a quieter and somewhat more solid rubber grip feeling. What others should know:Order a few extra pellet cartridges so you can have them ready ahead of time and be prepared to have fun with it.
Things I liked:This gun has a great cool factor. Itlooks like it means business. A real attention getter. I have had mine for over a year and have found it to be consistently accurate at 25 yards especially with fresh CO2. Things I would have changed:Nothing I really like it. Even the longer trigger pull that others have mentioned. You get used to it pretty fast.
What others should know:I found holding it vertically steady takes a little getting used to. The weight up front tends to dip the nose. But once you become accustomed to it I think the weight also helps it shoot well. Get a laser to go with it. Even more fun.
