Things I liked:I just got my Benjamin XL 1100 yesterday, I like the feel or the solid stock, extreme penetration & power, haven't used it much just sighted the scope for 25 yard for now, at beginning it was louder than my rim fire .22 and more kick to it as well but after 7 pellets shot through it, it quite downed a lot, and very little kick than before, will update my review once I use it a bit more. Things I would have changed:The weight is a little more than I expected but its good to help with the recoil, i'd like the price to go a little cheaper than what it is, What others should know:The cocking is pretty hard/stiff, little loud at first but will quite down when you fire couple pellets through it. And make sure you have a strong back stopping or something to stop the pellet .22 because it went through my 1/4 inch wooden bord with out any problem, wooden fence is not a good idea your neighbors won't be happy and will have to replace the fence boards
Things I liked:I liked every bit and every little thing of this rifle, it was my very first pellet/bb gun I've owned, regret giving it away, powerful, accurate, good for the price. Things I would have changed:The rear sight used to shift a little after some times even if I tighten the screw and would have to set the sights again, wished it was a fixed sight with no windage. What others should know:You will enjoy this gun, I'd recommend this daisy 901 than any Crosman 700 pump series, much stronger than my Crosman 760 pumpmaster and my Crosman 764sb in my experience,
Things I liked:things I like about these pellets are, they are extreamely accurate in my (Benjamin XL 1100)after changing the trigger 1/4' groupings at 25yards.ALOT of penetration power with these pellets. Things I would have changed:screw on lid, incase if the tin is dropped you wont loose your pellets. What others should know:buy with confidence, NO regret on my side. shot a ground squirrel at 25 yard and did a lung shot, to my surprise it had a big nasty 'exit' wound.
