Things I liked:PERFORMANCE: low weight + low friction plastic sabot = high velocity = flat trajectory
SHAPE: These pelets are very uniform. None of the ones I used were dented or scratched.
OTHER: They contain no lead
Things I would have changed:PERFORMANCE: These were very innacurate in my target rifle. The average 5-shot group was around 2 inches at 10 yards. DO NOT HUNT SQUIRRELS WITH THESE! I have three reasons: 1.) Overpenetration! 2.) These pellets don't expand whatsoever! 3.) the steel part is only .12 caliber; this is too small to do a significant ammount of damage to a squirrel! (The orange plastic sabot falls away on impact)
SHAPE: The lack of a waist on these pellets makes them unstable. A few had cracks in their sabots. What others should know:The slow speed of my target rifle allows me to see the pellet as it flies. I was apalled to see a pellet spiraling erratically at long range. Thinking that I must have shot a deffective pellet, I tested a few more and they all did the same thing!
