Things I liked:Maybe I got a great tin of these, but they have been the best out of a dozen different pellets so far -- All the crossman/benjamins, H&N 12.6gr, Gamo 13.4, Daisy pointed, JSB exact, really old but clean and light copperheads from the 70's (have some in .177 too), rws hobby 11.9, and these. Great price! Things I would have changed:Tin is fragile AND has a friction lid. Whats up with that y'all? They refuse to jump into the gun and load themselves. What others should know:Skirts are thin and wouldn't survive in a pellet pouch for long. A little louder than all others mentioned above. Pellet pen/seat may be advised depending on your dexterity and type of weapon. I will buy them from PA again.
Things I liked:Definitely makes for a quiet hike. Dead simple. Loading a springer is much faster with the pellet pen compared to any other method I have used, and I haven't dropped any with the pen either. Things I would have changed:Put an adjustable pellet seat depth cap on it. I could joyfully waste another week or two of range time finding the sweet spot of loading depth. What others should know:Breech loading guns will benefit the most from the pellet pen, but the quiet factor makes this a good idea no matter what you're shooting.
Things I liked:Adjustable objective. Clear at all magnifications. Inexpensive. Looks good. Included rings are top shelf. Handles a magnum gas springer with no worries. Handles a 22mag and 270win just as well, if a little weak magnification wise for the flat shooting 270. POI adjustment is intuitive and easy to adjust and lock without tools. Mill-dot reticule is nearly perfect... overall a very good value. Things I would have changed:Reticule illumination is fiddly and stiff. Light gray would be a good additional reticule color. The AO, reticule illumination, and magnification rings are too stiff on mine to easily stay on target while adjusting. Objective lens cap isn't usable and should be replaced by UTC/Leapers on this model. What others should know:This is my first UTC/Leapers scope and I have no regrets with my purchase. The quality is very high for this price point. I plan to put one of these on my 22magnum crow popper so the rabbits and doves will have something to eat next fall.
