    Loading Pellets
    • Put the air rifle "On Safe."
    • Point the air rifle in a SAFE DIRECTION.
    • Cock and open the bolt by squeezing the bolt latch to unlock and pulling the bolt handle all the way back until you hear two clicks and the bolt stays rearward.
    • Place one pellet, nose first, into the loading port (breech)(Fig 4). This is a single shot pellet rifle. Load no more than one pellet at a time.
    • Lightly push the pellet into the barrel by closing the bolt and returning the bolt handle all the way forward until you have heard two clicks. DO NOT jam the bolt forward. This will damage your air rifle.
    • Be sure the bolt is fully closed and locked into position before firing. If it is not closed and fully locked, the pellet may not be discharged.
