Special Edition rifle with beautiful hardwood stock and polished brass receiver with a Western illustration. The airgun version of the Winchester 1894 firearm! Walther's Lever Action rifle is so realistic, no one will be able to tell the difference between the airgun and the firearm!
Powered by two 12-gram CO2 cartridges that slip into a compartment neatly concealed by the slide-out buttpad, this rifle will deliver lots of powerful shots from its 8-shot rotary clip.
If looks were all that it took to make airgunners happy, this rifle would do the trick. The rich hardwood stock and forearm are combined with high-quality, blued steel components. But, its beauty isn't just skin deep! They used metal in areas where other manufacturers would use plastic. They even included the metal saddle ring found on the 1894.
Then, there's the super-accurate barrel. It delivers 10-shot groups of 5/8" (center-to-center) at 10 meters. The sights are adjustable, too. The front is adjustable for windage, and the rear is adjustable for elevation. You can even scope the Walther Lever Action with a special base.
The weight, the feel, the size, the way it sits naturally in your hands while you work the lever just like Chuck Connors on The Rifleman...you're gonna kick yourself for not getting this gun sooner!

Things I liked:I purchased the Wells Fargo edition. Overall a very nicely finished rifle, as you would expect from Germany. The 8 shot magazine is a slick piece of engineering. Cocking the gun is effortless and the action is smooth and light. I own a Marlin 336 in .30-.30 and I would say this is a 7/8 scale version, lighter and smaller.

Cocking the gun is effortless and the action is smooth and light. I own a Marlin 336 in .30-.30 and I would say this is a 7/8 scale version, lighter and smaller. The brass finish of the Wells Fargo version adds a little distinction although the stagecoach image on the left side is a little goofy. The hardwood stock is finished in a low luster satin, too bad the WF version didn't come with a walnut stock it would really make this gun look outstanding. Accuracy is very good once sighted in was getting one ragged hole at 40 ft with the open sights. No recoil due to CO2 and it's not too loud, nowhere near the report of a 1000 fps springer. Things I would have changed:The cocking lever is a little flimsy with some side-to-side play in it. Makes me a little careful when I cock it because it cocks so easily. It seems you could rip the lever off if you get carried away trying to look like Mucous McCain. But by far the only real issue I have is with the flimsy sights. I had to move the front sight way over to the right to get it to shoot straight. It's a dopey way to sight in the gun, just put a fixed front sight and a good rear sight with both windage and elevation micrometer wheels on it and call it a day. Yeah that's not authentic but the current design doesn't cut it. What others should know:I rated the value for money a 4 because I think the base model is probably a better buy. I like the WF edition just don't see the extra $$$ for it adding up, unless it someday has some collector value. Time will tell the gun should last a long time.

Things I would have changed:I would have rather they did not to the stagecoach thing on the receiver. And as stated above address the small amount of slop in the lever. Not a big deal but could be better. A real good shooter and fun rifle.
What others should know:Get a bunch of extra clips. You will be shooting this gun lots.

The flip out loading port is blued steel and would have looked much nicer in the gold finish. The stagecoach picture is cheesy looking. I would have preffered a plain finish What others should know: When tightening the CO2 cylinders there is no sound when they are pierced, so be carefull not to overtighten
