Things I would have changed:Add the ability to adjust the angle of the palm shelf as well as the height. Make it in different sizes as well as left-hand. This is the only area where it might not be best for you, depending on your hand size. My right hand is 7 1/4" long from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger, and 3" wide across my second set of knuckles.
