I think it keeps the barrel cleaner and rust free. I would use this lube to slow down pellet velocity not increase it. If you are a field target shooter and need to be under 12 FPE, use this pellet lube.
Things I would have changed:Lower price. For such a small amount of lube, I would have spent the same amount on a tin of JSB or AA pellets instead.
What others should know:This pellet lube did not increase speed and did not enhance accuracy in several pellet brands. On RWS 7 gr. WC, without any lube is shot at 796 FPS. With lube, it shot at 779 FPS. On Crossman Hunting Pointed Pellets 7.4 grains, it shot 798 FPS without lube and it shot 776 FPS with lube. I shot 20-60 pellets to confirm the velocity averages.

Only improved accuracy in one of my PCP's.
Things I would have changed:Lower cost and less hype from Gamo. Maybe an aerosol dispenser.
What others should know:Just lube small batches of pellets first so in case you have negative results,(and you most certainly can), you won't be buying more pellets so soon.
