I'm not that small either, but they look like they're for a grown man. What others should know:If you're a smaller individual, don't purchase these. They'll fall right off you. |

Things I would have changed:maybe a little more slack on the velcro straps legs were a bit tight however I mange to find a comfort spot but it was at th end of the strap
