The chamber is changed from 25mm to 26mm. With much improved inside quality and tightened QC, XS-B26 now shoots 1,000 FPS with 6.2grs .177 caliber pellets. It is now equipped with TRUGLO Fiber Optic Sights.
XS-B26 is a traditional high pressure, spring loaded, piston driven air rifle. It has been equipped soft buttplate, adjustable sights, dove tail scope mounting system and safety locks.

Decent accuracy. Good bluing. For a budget air rifle it has a decent trigger. Not any where close to a real rekord. But nice try.
Things I Would Have Changedfinish work. and Quality. Mine had a weak spring. B.A.M. gave me the option to send it back or send me spring and seal. I installed my own, and deburred every thing.
What Others Should KnowIt is a plinker, and has good amount of recoil. Needs a good 1 piece mount with scope stop pin.

Very good accuracy after moly and tar. Very smooth discharge cycle after 1000 rounds are put through it. It's hard to beleive the quality for the price. Very nice two stage trigger after adjustment.
Things I Would Have ChangedI had to remove one inch of height from the comb in order to be able to get my eye low enough to acquire the site picture. The stock should come this way from the factory.
What Others Should Knowi have no regrets with this gun. It has a very robust
build and great finish. No plastic. Blued steel trigger,
cast aluminum trigger gaurd (very similar to my Patriot)
and a very nice soft rubber recoil pad.
I mounted a Bugbuster scope with some Leapers two
piece mounts and have put over 1700 rounds through
it with no problem at all.
It is definately a keeper.
