Things I liked:

The blowback action on this airgun is awesome, perfect for economical training purposes. The fit and finish was also very good and its also decently accurate. Using crosman wadcutters I can get 8 shots in a group the size of a quarter at 20 feet which is all the farther I've shot it so far since I've just been using my basement range.

Things I would have changed:

Nothing really maybe adjustable sights but the fixed sights hit close enough for my uses.

What others should know:

I have shot about 600 crosman wadcutters through this without a single problem but tried the rws hobbies and they kept jamming for some reason so I think I'll stick with the crosmans.

Things I liked:

It looks like the real thing.

Things I would have changed:

The safety is a pain to disengage. The CO2 loading mechanism is fiddly and allows the cartridges to leak-down over a short time, which is aggravated by the additional loss of gas pressure through the non-essential "blow-back" cycling of the slide. The gun itself is heavy and inaccurate, which makes it less handy then my Russian Makarov 9x35. Basically it is an impressive paper weight, and unless you intend to use it as a bludgeon to fend off an attacker with, not even good for serious self-defense. Then it's metal slide might be effective against an assailant's nose, etc. Also, with its' accuracy issues, the idea of attaching a laser/pointer gadget is a silly expense, but with the flashlight part, at least you can use the gun for an emergency light if your power goes out. At least it won't roll off of a surface like the round ones.

What others should know:

After wasting a box of CO2 cartridges and a few pellets, I have concluded that unless you buy the attachable flashlight so it has at least one practical use, there has to be a better option out there.

    What others should know:

Pyramydair is the only company I would purchase from and they take care of customers. You can feel safe buying a product from them. They have great support. My next choice will be something more powerful and accurate in either a rifle of larger pistol.

    Things I liked:

Looks very contemporary, the weight is correct, I like the blowback feature. It's quiet for this type of pistol, accuracy is good for a blowback pistol, trigger not great but OK. Price is fair, weaver rail useful for a laser. The PX4 really feels good in my hand.

    Things I would have changed:

Needs a bit more metal in key parts, like the trigger mechanism.

    What others should know:

This is my second PX4. I had a new one in 2016 and shot it until an internal trigger part broke. Pyramyd helped me repair it over the phone with a free part. I had three magazines for it, one broke internally so you need to buy one or two extra. The magazines stuck in the gun once in a great while, but always came out with a little effort. Use flat-nose pellets, and seat them in the magazine and you won't have any problems. For some reason I had good luck loading the days I was shooting and bad luck loading and leaving the magazines to sit loaded for a few days. If you take your time between shots the blowback and trigger work well. Problems occurred for me when I tried to shoot too fast or didn't take my finger off the trigger completely. I had my first PX4 for several years and gave it away. I missed having one and bought this new one. Same price, lucky me! Still hard to get magazines, so order as soon as you can. I like this gun and you will too. Pyramyd is aces.

    What others should know:

For the price, the PX4 is as good as more expensive models. I like that it uses pellets rather than BBs. I feel it has the weight and feel of a real pistol, so caution should be used for others not to mistake it for the real thing. It is good for my target and training needs, so I'm satisfied with my purchase.

    Things I liked:

Very accurate pellet gun with blow-back action.

    Things I would have changed:

I would make the rotary magazine rotate more freely to enhance the trigger as rotating the magazine cause trigger resistance before the actual trigger break.

    What others should know:

This is a very interesting CO2 replica air gun. It is one of the rate blow-back pellet guns. There are many blow-back BB replica guns but not many pellet blow-back pistols because the pellets cannot be feed in the traditional vertical stack like BBs or real ammunition. Most pellet pistols use a rotary magazine insert between the firing tube and the barrel. This prevents blow-back action. This gun supports blow-back action by having a narrow magazine that inserts into the bottom of the grip with an 8-shot rotary in each end. As you pull the trigger, it rotates the rotary and aligns the next pellet. When 8-shots have been made, you reverse the magazine for 8 more. Though it has blow-back, it does not lock the slide on the last shot. You have to count or waste a shot. The downside of this design is that the trigger pull rotates the magazine. As a result, there is quite a stiff break as the magazine is rotated before you get to the single action trigger break. The first break feels a l

Better instruction concerning the safe/on lever. It is the center rachet appearing part to push back to move the lever.

    What others should know:

Pointed pellets are ok to use as long as they dont protrude beyond the wheel of the magazine to obstruct the wheel from rotating with each shot.

    Things I liked:

I like the look and the ease of co2 insertion and the first shot. After the first shot the next shot(s) will loose velocity and drop over one foot in30 feet. I had the 10 for 10 done and that showed major velocity fall offs.

    Things I would have changed:

Get rid of the blow back feature, improve the safety as it was very difficult to turn off. Fix the co2 delivery system so pressure builds quickly instead of having to wait several seconds between shots (with both pellets and BBs).

    What others should know:

I did return the pistol and as usual customer service was super.

This is the most accurate pellet pistol I have at 17 to 20 feet. Feels perfect in my hand, good weight, smooth trigger, and no jams. I get, on a 80 degree day, six magazines (96 shots) from one umarex CO2 capsule.

    Things I would have changed:

The CO2 loading mechanism is tricky to engage right.

    What others should know:

I had to switch to a Umarex CO2 capsule from Crosman to make the loading easier. Now that I've figured it out, loading a CO2 isn't too difficult.

    Things I liked:

The gun looks nice. I like the semi automatic, blowback. The gun is fun to shoot when it works.

    Things I would have changed:

This gun is not very accurate. There is a lot of plastic on the gun. The CO2 loading mechanism is quite difficult to operate well. I eventually put painters tape on the bottom of every CO2 cartridge in order to create a tight enough seal. The trigger is a two stage trigger, which is kinda creepy, but once you get used to it, is ok.

    What others should know:

I have owned this airgun for about a year, after about 200 rounds the magazine will not eject from the gun. Disappointing.

I love the look, the feel, and the action of this pistol.

    Things I would have changed:

The safety is difficult to disengage. The CO2 loading mechanism is a nightmare. The power knob literally broke in half. My second leaked CO2 completely after loading a fresh cartridge. The screw to set the cartridge tends to loosen after the power knob is on. An "in-built" cartridge installing tool might be a good idea. (i.e. Colt Python .357; tool in the stock)
