Great copy of SIG P226. I own a MK25 SIG and this gun replicates it well. I am very pleased with this AirSoft gun! Mine doesn't have the white lettering.
Things I would have changed:Nothing.
What others should know:Get spare magazines, you'll need them.

Excellent personal training pistol. Like the way it looks and feels. Shoots well. KWA makes all parts available and is easy to work with. Machining is done well. It is no wonder so many military and police units choose this weapon.
Things I would have changed:Front and rear sights need a better system to keep tight or just manufacture them fixed. Slide guide could use a little help in the putting the recoil spring guide back in the hole during reassembly (perhaps I just need to do it more times).
What others should know:Highly recommend this pistol.

Does the KWA m226 use regular 12gm CO2 has?
No, this gun uses green gas
Does this pistol really have a manual safety? The pictures don't appear to show one. The KWA site doesn't show a safety either.
It has a decocker but not a manual safety. The product description is not correct.

The KWA M226 LE is great for training. Size, weight and feel are the same as Sig's P226. The LE version I received had a slightly larger grip with finger indentations. I replaced this with a $14 grip from KWA and it is now identical. No problem. For training, I also added a Sig Romeo 1 red dot to the rear sight dovetail. That feature too is identical in size. With the red dot, the slide cycles the same as it did without it - the extra weight makes no difference to the action. Now I can train at $0.01 per round! Accuracy is decent. My skill aside, table-rested I can get 3" groupings at 15 yds - enough to master your presentation and reloads!
