Description

The Marui MP5 SD5 offers smooth and consistent performance. This air rifle is both single fire and fully automatic. When in firing, the silencer (must be turned 90 degrees counterclockwise) changes drastically the tone and intensity of the gun. The HOP-UP mechanism, which improves the precision of the BBs, is controlled by the small lever on the rear of the front hand guard.

The new Marui MP5 SD5 is a highly detailed, beautiful and comfortable air rifle. It is a close replica of the original Heckler & Koch's MP5 submachine gun and has been replicated with precise attention to details. The silencer, which is incorporated into the gun, has a realistic crinkle finish. The rubber front hand guard and shoulder pad are made to look and feel like the actual model. The MP5 SD5 also features durable metal front and rear sights.

Things I Liked

I would totally give this gun five for five in all three sections, but i refrain because of the fact that nothing is perfect. This gun is fast, accurate, and handy in the field. It shoots straight and kills people. This is a great cqb gun. My gun is upgraded with a reinforced gearbox, tightbore barrel, and a large-type, 8.4v, 1300 mah, sanyo battery. This is not a bad setup; it doesn't cost a lot of money, but it sure boosts the gun's performance. The gun is rugged and durable...it won't be breaking on me anytime soon. I bought it third-hand from my cousin for a hundred bucks, and ive already put five thousand rounds through it. it hasn't coughed once.

Things I Would Have Changed

Too much plastic...though it is extremely durable abs. That was my firsthand opinion. I'm a metal sorta guy. The plastic is EXTREMELY durable, and it would take a lot to crack it, even if you were trying! Metal body upgrades are acquirable, and i think i will buy one in the near future. Other than that, i would not change a thing on this gun...it works great.

What Others Should Know

Well, i think ive said it all. If you want a reliable gun for a good price, this is definitely a considerable option.
