Very dependable pistol,I have bought 5 of them and always my friends buy them from me so I have ordered two more.They are built like a tank only plastic are the sights,easy to pump,decent accuracy as long as it is held loosely,honest 400 fps, perfect for killing tin cans can be scoped too.Only can use wad cutters in the loading gate, just a great air gun very cheap to operate no CO 2

i really like what you get for the money. very nice chunk of wood and medal. it is accurate. the first time i shot it i hit the can! at 25ft. thats before adjusting the sights. the rear sight adjusts a very good amount in both x and y axis. the way the underlever locks into place; it will stay there. the trigger is really nice. didnt expect it at this price. it comes with an extra loading gate and an extra loading gate seal( where the pellet goes)
Things I would have changed:the edges on the notch where the loading gate slides in should be rounded. i noticed that it slightly nicked the rubber where the pellet goes in. the safety could be moved away a bit more from the trigger. the rear sight eaither you love it or hate it. its plastic. should had been a plug and placed the sights on top.
What others should know:i submitted several pictures so it can help you with your purchase. even with the small negatives i really like this gun. i shoot it more the the CP99. i got a box lined inside with some material i got off from inside a shrapnel vest.lol i shoot it whenever i feel like it in my room. from about 10ft. i opened it and lubed all moving metal contacts. feels much nicer now. Buy it. if you bought a cheap crosman CO2 gun than why didnt you buy this?? now as to what pellets to use!: DO NOT use cheap daisy wadcutter. the skirt sticks out a very tiny little bit.it bends when closing the loading gate. DO USE crosman destroyers. the first pellet i used. works perfect. it looks like its going to bend the skirt but it doesnt. if it bends, then you probably dont even load pellets correctly in your break barrel that you might own. DO USE crosman premiere hollow points. these fit even better than the destroyers. i highly recommed these. i also submitted a picture with one in the loading gate.
