By Hassan from USA on 2008-03-29 14:40:30 Things I liked:Really good pellets for all kinds of uses. I hunt doves, quails, pigeons, rabbits and these serve the purpose extremely well. The accuracy from a Crossman Quest 1000x with open sights from 20-30 yards is really good. I am able to get groups the size of a quarter at 30 yards consistently. I have taken a rabbit from 40 yards and the thing dropped after 5 yards of sprint. The pellet shattered the front leg near the chest and went through the chest area and almost out the other side.Things I would have changed:The pellets are really dirty. The lead powder gets on hands and leaves a lot of residue in the barrel which requires frequent cleaning. Just make sure you wash these and use them that way. What others should know:Buy these pellets and make sure you zero the rifle again for these particular pellets. Different pellets have different zero's on the same gun so switching between pellets is not so easy. So just buy a couple of boxes and keep using the same ones.....happy shooting!!! |  |

By Customer from USA on 2010-11-12 22:53:01 Things I liked:Recieved the product on time.Things I would have changed:The packaging was TERRIBLE...pellets unsecured, all over the shipping box, loose pellets and a lot in the box had deformed skirts (which is the last thing anyone wants). I have to look at each pellet now and I have missed shots that I should have easily made, I'm sure that small deformities went unnoticed. |

What others should know:As they ship in cardboard boxes, I put them in tins with screw on lids, then mark the lids when I receive a shipment. - Things I liked:Great quality pellet for the money. They work well in all of my air guns!

What others should know:They come in a box so you have to save your old tins to take them out shooting. - Things I liked:These pellets are exceptionally consistent and the packaging helps to keep them that way.

What others should know:These shoot very accurately out of my RWS 34P 12 land. When I do my part, it will keep five shots inside of a dime at 25 yards all day. My HW97KT likes them also and can print groups of five with all shots touching at 25 yards. - Things I liked:Absolute best in all but one of my guns (a QB79 likes Gamo Hunters). Safe to say that they are the winningest pellet in FT competition. If Crosman stopped making them, airgunners would probably form a coalition and buy the equipment and start making them ourselves. These are the most consistent pellet I've found, and when you buy PyramydAir's "Buy-3-the-4th is free," they cost no more than big-box store pellets. Pyramyd packs pellets better than any other supplier, too. -bp
Things I would have changed:The dumb box. It has openings in the bottom which let a few pellets slip out.
What others should know:Yeah--don't shoot your eye out! - Things I liked:Consistency. Diameter. Very few damaged pellets. If I could have only one pellet, this would be it. Shoots best in most of my guns. I have a stubborn QB79 that would rather have Gamo Hunters, though. Both Crosman and Pyrmaydair work very hard to get and keep my business.
Things I would have changed:The silly cardboard boxes, which have small openings in the bottom which allow a few pellets to fall out. Very inconsequential, but annoying. Crosman probably has a warehouse full of these boxes and is not likely to change on my account. I just put tape over the openings when i get them.
What others should know:Please support the manufacturers and dealers who work hard to earn and keep your business. - Things I liked:Buying in bulk is a good value Relatively accurate in pretty much all guns

What others should know:Pretty much all air guns will shoot these well. They aren't really anything special. They do have size inconsistencies. Some will fit really tight in the barrel, others will be really loose. There is flashing left on from the manufacturing process. However, they will shoot good groups. I can consistently hit dime size targets at 25 yards with these in my Gamo Cat. Would I use them in competition? No. But for backyard plinking, these are a great value! - Things I liked:These pellets are great for the price and all my guns like them too

What others should know:This pellet is a fantastic pellet and works very well in many types of guns. My opinion is that the accuracy it delivers when used in most guns, makes it one of the best out there. Note, if you own a S200AA and have a mag-conversion on it, I would suggest you use JSB-pellets in it, as they are softer lead and will work much smoother in your rifles, trust me... - Things I liked:Accuracy. Fair price.
Things I would have changed:Packaging: it is junky. The pellets are packed as if the package will always remain level. Crosman has tried to address this by taping the box, but that is just not enough. They need to pack them in some kind of plastic box with a lock-tight lid, or a proper tin. When you receive these, plan on having about 20 pellets just floating around the bigger box. Plan on transferring them to a better container. (I use a plastic box that held some bullets from Midway.) A couple of Altoids tins would also work.
What others should know:The thing about these pellets is that they are consistently good across many airguns. They are the favorite pellet of my Stoeger X20. (@ 918 fps) They are a close second out of my Marauder (@ 980 fps) They are also good out of my Daisy 953, (419 fps) and Crosman Raven. (578 fps) They are not always the most accurate, but they are always near the top. These have quickly become my go-to pellets. They work well everywhere from low powered pneumatics, to high power PCPs, and low and medium powered springers. They are a bit dirtier to handle than JSB, RWS, and H&N pellets, but it is hard to beat them for the price. - Things I liked:After reading some of the reviews I was glad to see that the box was well wraped and sealed and no pellets loose.With the this amount its easy to put into smaller screw cover containers

What others should know:These pellets are awesome,consistant shape,fit snug in the barrel,not as dirty as other reviews say they are,and are very consistant shot after shot.After trying different brands and weights of pellets, I tryed these, and my Gamo hunter rifle likes them too.A rare flyer and groupes of 5 shots at 20 yards (60')the size of a quarter. very pleased.Highly recommed trying these.When this box is getting low I'll order 3 more and get the 4th free. My RWS LP8 pistol also gets good groups with them. - Things I liked:1250 count boxes.

What others should know:I have purchased many of these boxes.10.5 seem very good. 7.9 lots of damaged skirts. - Things I liked:This pellet works well in all of my rifles and pistols and is my standard for an inexpensive pellet, which I need having 2 teenage boys.

What others should know:A little dirtier than some pellets. - Things I liked:These are good pellets. They seem to group fairly well. Once in a while you will get a flyer. Price is right. Haven't had a jam or pellet get stuck yet.

What others should know:These shoot the same as the pointed pellets as far as accuracy. The pointed may be more likely to penetrate a soup can although the domed pellets do a pretty good job at it. - Things I liked:Good pellets and Pyramyd does a great job of pkg. Found about 10 that were bent or munched but, I think that is from the factory, not from shipping.
