Things I liked:

The H&N Baracuda Hunter 10.49 gr had a number of deformed skirts, the pellets fall into my NItro Venom Dusk barrel ( loose ) and didn't shoot well. ( I didn't shoot deformed ones ) To date the worst pellet I have tried ! But, the H&N Baracuda "LR Hunting" 10.65 gr is a perfect fit to my bore and shoots great as well as having the same POI and grouping as the Gamo Rocket 9.6gr , Big plus. The Gamo Rocket is accurate at 25yds to 40yds and I expect the Baracuda "LR Hunting" to perform as well when I have time to shoot at those distances.

Things I would have changed:

Don't Buy the Baracuda Hunter 10.49gr again ! ( 10.34gr ) Make the pellets more uniform and the Same size ( diameter ) skirts as the Baracuda Long Range Hunting pellets.

What others should know:

I sighted in the H&N pellets at 10yds as that is as far as I can in my basement. The Baracuda Hunter 10.49 gr grouped at .409 while the Baracuda Long Range "Hunting" 10.65gr grouped at .116 and it would have been less if I had a secured rest. I purchased both of them thinking they would perform very close to the same. BIG disappointment ! I weighed a number of both pellets and the Baracuda Hunter 10.49gr actually weighed 10.3gr. The Baracuda Long Range Hunting 10.65gr real weight was 10.4gr

    Things I liked:

Awesome they are accurate up to 60 feet and that’s as far as I shot them cord size group. They’re very consistent in their weight and there’s no damage to the skirts.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nuthing really maybe cheeper

    What others should know:

Excellent product for the price. It shoots well out of the gamma swarm fusion GEN three they are well packaged in the 10. They’re very very constant on the weight. I have weighed 21 of them so far and they’ve all been the same third ride on spec if you do hunting, this would be a really good pallet for you.

    Things I liked:

I very similar to the Barracuda Extreme Hunter with just a tad more weight. Great accuracy. Haven’t used on game yet. The diameter is slightly less than the extreme hunter and fits in barrel easily.

    Things I would have changed:

A slightly wider skirt would have it fit tighter in the barrel. Feels like it might fall out unless breach is pointed up.

    Things I liked:

I bought these just to play around with them using my R1. I was not surprised that my HW30 dribbled them out and bounced off the backer plate.. My HW55 also does not have the umph to really get these moving much. They certainly don't expand the hollowpoint with the 55. So with the R1 I can get decent to good accuracy and i can get the hollow point to open up when shoot rocks and vermin on the ranch.

    Things I would have changed:

I like the design, I like the heavy weight, I just wish it had a lighter younger bother of the same design.

    What others should know:

These were just an experiment. I knew 10 grain pellets would limit me to my R1 practically. These may work really well with some of the PCP guns.

    Things I liked:

Quality; quantity; price; durable tin with screw on top; consistent pellets with strong skirts that don't bend easily

    Things I would have changed:

    Better expansion

    What others should know:

I use these in my Benjamin Marauder Field and Target with .177 Lothar-Walther barrel. It shoots them very accurately. However, the only time they expand is when I shoot them into a bucket of water. I have fired them into bar soap, apples and oranges at 865 fps, and there is no appreciable expansion. I'm am going to try modeling clay next, but I have a feeling that is going to produce the same results. For expansion at this velocity, try the H&N Hunter Extremes. They literally blow apples to pieces.

This is only one of two pellets I run through my pistol. The other is the H&N Baracuda Hunter Extreme hollow point. Seated in my stick mags, these hit and penetrate HARD.

    Things I would have changed:

I wish they still sold these in the 200 count tin.

    What others should know:

I use these in my Sig P226

HW97K and HW35E love these pellets. I can hear them hit gong at 80 yards with a nice ping. They group like the H&N field Pro 8.64 which is my target pellet of choice on Weihrauchs in .177 caliber.

    Things I would have changed:

Classic designs should stay the same if they are good. Keep those coming. They work excellent on varmints. Used 'em a year now.

    What others should know:

I shoot these at gongs and varmints. Excellent all-purpose pill. : ) happy camper face.

Consistently accutate. Nice long range hitting power. Weight and bc. Flies like a domed. Opens up nicely on pests. Fits in breech just snug, not to loose or tight.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

Use these in a .177 crosman fire with a utg 4x32 mildot scope. Chronod fps is 830 at muzzle. Have taken starlings out to ranged 53 yrds with ease. I spent alot of time finding the right pellet and this is it. You may or may not have the same, better or worse results, but its one you definitly should try.

tips are a tad too big. These wont fit in my gamo whisper Fusion IGT.

    What others should know:

These shoot okay out of my gamo silent cat. these are probably my least favorite of all the H&N pellets ive used so far. they group about the size of a silver dollar or so at 21 yards. Fun to shoot metal cans with, good penetration and damage.

    What others should know:

H-N makes great pellets! Took three squirrels with this pellet out of Beeman Longhorn. But the H-N 15 gr sniper magnum is still the most accurate pellet out of my Longhorn. Will use this pellet out of my Terrus.

Creates an exit wound that looks like a .22 Cal. Most accurate hp pellet when shot from my 1720T, more accurate than the Extremes. These are my favorite hollow points when it comes to transferring energy to the target, when it comes to accuracy the .22 Terminators are the most accurate out of my HW95.

A hard hitting, heavy, accurate hollowpoint.

    Things I would have changed:

    More pellets for the price.

    What others should know:

I purchased these for my first new airrifle purchase in 22 years, the Octane. Accuracy was ok, I can't completely rule out that I am part of the accuracy being only ok. This is my first break barrel, gas ram gun, and the artillery hold is tough to master. Out of curiosity, I tried them in my 22 year old Benjamin 397. Wow! Since I was only an occasional shooter, I only had used Crosmans in the 7.9 grain weight in my 397. The hollow point Hunters from H & N delivered more accuracy and down range punch than I ever got out of that gun.

500 in a tin at the same price would always be a nice thing

    What others should know:

They shoot accurately and well out of my .177 Octane. Are quieter than the lighter weight pellets. That of course is because of lower fps but although I have not yet hunted with them I feel they will have more than adequate knock down power.
