While I cannot speak for the performance or accuracy of the rifle (simply because I have not had a chance to shoot with it yet), I do believe that the reputation of the Diana RWS 34 speaks for itself. From the unboxing, I can tell this is a high quality, German made classic pellet rifle - flawless! I can say that my experience with Pyramyd Air was top shelf the through the entire process. Presale customer service was superb, packaging was perfect and delivery was very quick - much faster than I expected! I would highly recommend Pyramyd Air to anyone. And I am certain that I will also recommend the Diana RWS 34 to anyone based on its impeccable reputation and quality. Thanks Pyramyd Air for an awesome experience. I hope to deal with you again in the future.

The gun cocks very hard the first time

Finally after reading so many reviews my rifle came in about a week ago. Purchased a Diana 34 Striker combo with Mantis scope, 3x9 - 40. You can watch a million videos and read a million reviews but until you can hold her in your hands you really don't know. I am an american living in Mexico so i had to go thru the only dealer for P.A. to get the rifle. I ordered the 20 shots for $20 dollars as an insurance against obvious defect or malfunction. Worth the extra 20 bucks. Scope came mounted and i also received the rifle and scope and all paperwork inside a Flambeau double rifle case. Unfortunately, it was shipped like this so i dont have the original box. The rifle is pretty accurate so far, a few fliers here and there. It likes the Crosman 14.3 grain domed or hollow points. My scope is a little off, i am shooting at my first mil dot under the reticle crosshairs. Maybe some shaking during the whole fedex shipping ordeal. Will zero her in this weekend. Beautiful rifle !!

Its a little on the heavy side and its a little hard to cock.

This is not a toy, not recommended for young shooters. Long, heavy and hard to cock.

Everything. I got the .22 combo with the Vortek high performance spring installed, and though it raises the cost to just under $600, it's worth every penny. Shooting RWS Superdome pellets, it's powerful and very accurate. A beautiful setup.

It's pretty heavy. I considered the synthetic version, but it's 0.25 lb heavier.

Definitely a forever gun. Highly recommended.

This is #1 in terms of QUALITY. The Rifle can be used for both Targets and Hunting small game. Top of the line parts!

I would like to see, an additional 200 fps, without sacrificing accuracy. However, sometimes, when you dial down on the speed, you also improve the accuracy.

If you want a gun that will outlast you, than this is the one to buy. Its a little bit more pricey than a Crossman, but I believe the Quality is worth it.

This is my first air rifle after many years of shooting firearms. I wanted a rifle that is quality and will hold up for a long time. After reading many reviews, I chose this rifle combination. The rifle is beautiful, and oozes quality. It is beautifully finished and very pleasing both in looks and performance. I have only shot about 100 pellets, but it exceeds my expectations.

I would prefer black front and rear sights. It is not a deal breaker, since I planned to scope it anyway. I would like to have had the option of standard black or fiber optic sights. I will probably end up buying another rifle with black sights to shoot with instead of a scope.

Cocking effort is a bit stout. I have no problem with it, but a few of my friends commented on it. I am a rank amateur, but this deal seems like it is a great way for a new shooter to get into the game. I am extremely please with the rifle and the service I received from Pyramyd Air. I will surely recommend this rifle and this company to my friends.

Buying the combo i recieved the Mantis variable power scope which was accurate until I turned up the magnification. I already ordered a Hawk.

NICE gun, I've got a lot of 22s but we are getting run over with rats( I guess due to ask the rain). It's a nail driver. Great trigger, stock and the scope that came with the combo is awesome too.

Make it a requirement for anyone looking for a pellet rifle to try this one first.

LOVE IT!

It is a well manufactured air rifle. Pyramyd Air was very user friendly. This rifle is accurate out to the 25 yards I have it doped for and I can shoot nickel sized groups however it does take time to find the right pellets. But that is half of the joy.

Don't know if I would change anything however I noticed the AO dial on the scope tends to move after firing it for a while and I found myself returning it back to the original setting. I don't know if that is an indication of the power of the rifle or a defect in the scope. Maybe it will settle down?

Do your research and remember you get what you pay for so pay for quality.

I read a lot about break barrel air rifles before deciding to purchase this rifle. I purchased the package with scope and mount. Have see a lot of posts about the scope and I have not complaints after about 50 rounds. The adjustable trigger has a very smooth pull and did not require any adjustments out of the box. The weight of this gun makes it feel like a real rifle. After mounting the scope and sighting the rifle in I am extremely satisfied with my choice. I am by no means a marksman but at 25 yards I can place 10 shots in less than a 1 inch pattern. I was also very impressed at the way the shipment was packaged. No worry about damage to the product.

An addition of a sling would have been nice for hunting.

Nice simple clean gun. Feels solid. After sighting in I was consistently putting three rounds within a few inches at 45 yards.

this was purchased for a friend of mine. after shooting the one I own, he had to have on as well. we like it for its accuracy, trigger, and power. I have reviewed this rifle earlier after purchasing mine. this is my friends first air gun. I believe it won't be his last.

in my humble opinion, its the best bang for the buck in air rifles and I own a bunch of them.

First adult sir rifle I have owned so nothing to compare it to. Fit and finish is excellent, scope mounted easily and zeroed within 6 shots.

Offer package with a better quality scope.

Scope lost zero after 150 shots so will probably have to Loctite the mount screws if I don't replace with a better scope.

Quality, style and feel of the RWS 34 air rifle.

Not all that impressed with the quality of the scope in this package. But then again I have only shot approx. 20 rounds through the rifle.

I am new at the air gun sport! This is my first high velocity air rifle. Also, I would like to thank Pyramydair tech staff for their help in this selection.

Ridiculously accurate, quality aesthetics and mechanics. Diana 34 T06 trigger with scope in .177 caliber is all I expected and hoped for it to be. The Air Ventura scope suits my needs. This rifle groups 5 pellets within 1/4" easily at 10 meters using either JSB, RWS Meister or Crosman Premiers in the brown box.

Use precise tools to constantly tighten stock and scope screws. Vibration will shake this powerful rifle apart if you don't heed this. But I knew this when I bought it.

My first purchase of a pellet gun and I'm really impressed. I'm 58 and a serious high power rifle shooter. This is a great rifle to practice sighting and trigger pull in the off season, winter in the NM mountains.

Put butler creek lens covers on the scope and it's all good.

The 33Lb.cocking isn't an issue for me but it forced me to buy a lower power/cocking rifle for my wife. Well, she forced me to because she loves shooting this one.

Unbelievable customer service from Umarex.

Airgunners need to know this. I have had this product for about 18 months. Performance has been consistent with no issues. While shooting it about 3 weeks ago, the rifle could not be cocked. It simply locked up. I contacted Umarex, via the internet. I filled out their repair form and sent the rifle for repair. Today a BRAND NEW RWS 34 ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE IN THE BOX. Umarex obviously stands behind its products. I am overwhelmed by their service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Umarex's customer service certainly adds value to their already competitive products. I wanted people to know about my experience.

The gun is great, beautiful finish, nice trigger very accurate once I changed pellets. (The JSB Match Exact Jumbo Diabolo Pellets, .22 Cal, 15.89 Grains, Domed, had quit a few poorly shaped pellets and they shot inconsistently. I switched to a can of Benjamin pellets that I had for years and the accuracy improved a great deal.)

The scope won't hold it's accuracy for more than 5 or six shoots. RWS needs to make a better mount.
