Very nice replica. Good action recoil and trigger. Satisfactory use of CO2.

Sights are difficult to align. Perhaps add front and rear white dots. This is my second PPKS The first one had the piercing frame crack then finally broke. I had it close to 2 years so I’m not going to complain.

Don’t fully load the magazines, they have a tendency to open along their seams. You can squeeze them back but if you don’t attend to this BBs can come out while inserting them.

In 2002 I bought the original version of this gun, then marketed by Crosman. Over the years I got parts from Umarex to keep it going. I also did mods to get rid of the very unrealistic original CO2 tightening screw that used to scream FAKE! Finally I've bought the revised version which is vastly improved by the flush and concealed CO2 tightening screw. Also the newer version has a much better, firmer trigger that is an authentic improvement. After all the other CO2 pistols I've bought, this is still my favorite- and now very much improved over the first model. For my money this is the first and still the best replica air gun- vastly improved!

The main CO2 seal is way too perishable, and all the CO2 makers have made it impossible to obtain these vital but super small and inexpensive parts, on all CO2 guns I find this extremely aggravating and obviously profit motivated. I'd gladly pay a premium for the seals, Like $10-15 for 5 seals that cost less than pennies to make. Fortunately, you can obtain parts on this pistol from Umarex, which does represent a savings. BUT how about all those other Chinese made pistols that won't work anymore for the want of tiny polyurethane seal? It truly is the big sin of the industry.

It would be nice if they offered wood tone grips for this pistol, similar to those on the Springfield Armory 1911 ACP pistol by Air Venturi.

I love this gun, the blowback is surprising, says made in Japan so should hold up well I've shot a few hundred rounds so far , I love that the mags are so cheap I have 5 total and I can load all of them twice gets about 9 mags on a CO2, very accurate at short distances I wouldn't get this for power or high accuracy target shooting more of a plinker for fun which it does well

There is a pin that has to be punched out to remove the slide for cleaning and lube, the original version did not have this, however the trigger guard is still spring actuated and works as normal once the pin is removed , so why the pin?

Replication of the actual pistol. Weight and balance in my hand. The safety is easy to function. Accuracy is better than I expected out of a small pistol. The magazines are easy to load. Lock back and the pull back function to release the bolt is smooth. Very nice well worth the price.

Just enjoy the backup compact easy to conceal (hip pocket), while on your quick reaction course. Just pull it out taking off safe and engage if your primary gun fails. .Fun.

The feel of the PPK/S. It is exactly like the real thing weight. This is a must have for any Air Gun shooter and collector.

Nothing. Ghost in is perfect just the way it is. However, the magazine are very light weight. When empty the will not "drop free". The mags need to be made heavier..

Still, this is a pistol to have in your collection. You won't be disappointed

Realism.

Nothing really.

Excellent for shooting at 5 to 7 meters of distance.

It is fun to shoot. Co2 canister lasts through 6 clips. I like it when it switches to single action when Co2 gets to a low point.

The bottom of co2 chamber needs to be redesigned - made stronger. is is thin weak plastic with metal pins holding it in place. The plastic will eventually break. Causing co2 not to sit correctly and leak. This is my 4th purchase of this item. Past 3 failed the same way.

Looks of the handgun

The slide tolerence is very poor. It wobbles from side to side. Should be tighter.

Would not recommend buying.

I like the size and look. If only it could pack a wallop instead of just plinking, IOW, small game hunting, if nothing else rats. At least should be able to dispatch roaches.

List the size of the Allen/hex key so that in case the key is lost, one need only find one's hex tools. The key ships stored in the handle, but what about when you have a cylinder installed, where do you stow it? Not that I'm a nudist, but where would that person stick the key? Maybe make the handle a little bit larger so the key could stow in the handle EVEN with a cylinder installed.

As far as I can tell there us no real fast way to load the magazine's with BBs, guess that is why I bought 5 extra sets of mags.

The look and Feel are great. The detail is very accurate.

Overall quality could be improved a lot.

Has the accuracy of shooting a sawed-off shotgun, one BB at a time. Maybe mine was a lemon, but it could not hit a can @ 10 yards. The BBs spray out in all directions. When I line up 3 cans and I can sometimes hit the ones I'm not aiming at. Typically only 1 or 2 out a 15 round mag will land on target. In a word: Pathetic. Another annoying issue is the power is only consistent for 2 or 3 rounds rapid fire, after that they start to drop off radically with every successive shot. If the gun is allowed to rest between shots it's fins. But what's the use of a semi-auto if you cant rip thru a mag rapid fire? Mine also had another issue: The safety requires excessive effort to disengage, and it seems like the lever will break off each time I try to disengage it. It almost needs pliers or a screwdriver to get it to release. All in all it is a bitter disappointment and it on its way back for a refund. The only good part is the hassle free return policy at Pyramid Air, they're the best!

Good look, weight, feel.

The method of inserting the Co2 cartridge needs to be altered. The cartridge is too loose and while turning the hex key, the puncture is not even and air will escape and can escape fully after a few faulty attempts. Then it will fail completely to the point where turn the hex key all you want and there is no puncture. Good thing the gun is cheap. I'll be looking for quality workmanship next time and I won't mind spending $300 instead of $80. If there is a pellet version, I would take that too, this gun's accuracy will make you feel like you're drunk.

It won't last as long as you want.

The pistols size weigh and metal construction make this most realistic. Helps to train muscle memory. My 10 year old son just loved it and had fun with it as well (he will need one of his own soon)

Look and feel

Sharp at top of where back of thumb and fingers meet is very uncomfortable. I had to file it off to make it better but looks bad and still not comfortable.

Poor accuracy

Everything about this pistol. I have a Walther PPK/s in .22lr and .380 and the BB pistol is as close to the real thing as you can get. I just took it out and shot one mag / 15 BBs in a one inch group at ten feet. The blow back action makes this pistol feel more like the real deal. If your thinking about getting on DO IT! It's good clean cheap fun.

The way the left grip is held in place. It's not bad but it could be a more positive / secure attachment. The hex tool for tightening the Co2 carriage in place should have a hole in it to secure it to anything so it dosent get losy. I entend to drill one in mine. The packaging! It took me 10 minutes to get the pistol out of that plastic clam shell.

Get one again It's good clean cheap fun. Pyramyd Air shipped the pistol out quickly.

Almost like actual gun-good for practice -bbs are much cheaper than 380S

Good for teaching how to drive a semi auto handgun shoots fairly well from 10 feet.

The look and feel of the gun. The trigger is nice and smooth. I feel like James Bond when using it. I like that the CO2 tool is storable in the grip, when the CO2 is not in the pistol. The blowback is nice. Once you figure out the tendencies of this pistol, it's a decently accurate shooter. Realize it's a small gun, that doesn't shoot like a rifled pellet gun, and you can do a good job shooting it. It is pretty good on CO2 useage too. I can usually get about 5 magazines worth, if I shoot at a 5 meter distance, without too much of a drop in accuracy. I like shooting this pistol.

It would have been great if the safety worked like the actual gun. The one that's on the gun is ok, but it detracts from the realism.

This is a nice pistol. It works well, and brings out the movie spy in you.

The accuracy on my gun was all over the place. I'm an ok shot, but this thing was putting BB's all over the place.

Return was quick and easy.

This is an excellent replica pistol. A top value, given the price. Although this model has been out quite a few years, it has held up extremely well. The mfgr has modified the CO2 screw from the original release model, incorporating a (better) removable tool to tighten the piercing screw. Feel in hand is excellent and a top choice for smaller shooters. Perfect for teaching a kid. The mag style is somewhat dated now, with only BB's - no CO2. Although I prefer a "heavy" drop free mag for more realistic feel, I have to say the mags here are excellent for lots of shooting and cheap too. Mags are sold in pairs... I bought three pairs. I find one CO2 cartridge lasts for 7 mags minimum. Sometimes 9 mags. They are easy to preload and swap out one after another for an extended shooting session. Blowback is excellent. Accuracy is impressive. I was not expecting such a good shooter for 10 yards, given the short barrel.

The fake safety matches the firearm visually, but is not operational. It should be operational. This detracts from an otherwise excellent gun. If Umarex made one update, I think this should be it. (There IS a functional safety. But it is an add-on to the design of the original firearm, and seems less durable.)

This is the best value airgun I have bought. Quality metal build, excellent blowback, accuracy, and shot count. Impressive. This would be a top purchase for a replica collector (especially a WWII or James Bond fan), or for someone who wants a quality shooter for smaller hands, or someone on a budget. Cheap mags really sweeten the deal. It hangs proudly on my wall with guns that cost 5x as much. Excellent all-around. Wish I had bought it sooner!
