Things I liked:

This product has a secure lid! It isn't a screw on but it has detents all around the circumference of the lid and it takes a deliberate effort to get it off. The pellets are well formed, free of defects and reasonably clean.

Things I would have changed:

There is nothing I can think of to improve on this product. The price is very good compared to other offerings, the accuracy better than more expensive pellets tested alongside these, and the downrange performance was the best. Maybe a pellet weighing about 15.5 to16.0 grains for higher energy transfer would be nice.

What others should know:

I test pellets extensively firing thousands of rounds each year, recording the results and collecting them in a database on my computer. One of the things I do is to Chronograph the muzzle velocity and the 20 yard velocity and then calculate a performance factor which can be used to determine how well the pellets maintains its velocity downrange. These pellets are the new champions of velocity retention! I have records of 44 pellets thus far and none equal the velocity retention of these. Their accuracy was also first or second among 7 pellet products tested in both my Sheridan Blue Streak rifle and E-20 series Sheridan CO2 pistol. The initial velocities were slightly lower than anticipated from both guns but they made up for that very quickly in the first ten yards of travel. Interestingly, the former 1ST place velocity retention champ had the same characteristic and was also made in the Czech Republic.

    Things I liked:

These pellets shoot very well in my Sheridan Streaks. I would recommend them to anyone shooting these vintage 5mm/20caliber classics.

    Things I would have changed:

Container with the snap lid could be changed to one that was threaded to facilitate opening. Sure would be nice if someone would provide the old plastic containers with snap lid for filling and smaller snap lid for easy access to a pellet or two. I still use my old Sheridan containers for pellet storage and allowing me to get a pellet(s) as needed.

    Things I liked:

In my ca. 2019 R9 these shoot the best of the limited selection of .20 waisted-pellet ammo that still exists out there. Tight fit in the breech- I have learned to use an empty ballpoint pen nose to seat each round just right. Consistent fit though and good groupings- although after well over 1000 shots and a tune, I still get a flyer now & then and have still not really mastered shooting this challenging springer :-)

    Things I would have changed:

Wish JSB would offer a slightly lighter .20 pellet in addition- just to try, with a faster/flatter trajectory. Yes H&N has the 11.42 FTT but that one fits loose in my particular barrel. OK so these JSB 13.73s are plenty accurate so Im a happier camper in the end!

    Things I liked:

I tried four different pellets in my Weihrauch HW97K, including the 13.3, and the 15.89 gr in both the JSB & one Rangemaster. My 97 has been meticulously tuned using a Vortek PG3 HO Kit, and sends these pellets down range at an average of 715 fps, with a 20 shot chrono string standard deviation of 5 fps. It literally shoots them hole-in-hole at 18 yards, and at 50 yards, shot a two 10-shot group average of only .875" While a good SD is very dependent upon the rifle's power plant, it is also a function of the quality and consistency of the pellet. I highly recommend these pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing - they even came in a screw lid tim...

    What others should know:

Pyramid Air is terrific to do business with. Contrary to what a very few others have report, my pellets have always come perfectly packed.

Nice pellet and weight is ideal for my older multi-pumps. These shot well and accurate... with reservations.

    Things I would have changed:

    Quality control ?

    What others should know:

These pellets worked out great, when I sorted out the dented skirts..... probably luck of the draw, as I really like JSB for uniform size and shape, but in this particular tin, about 1 out of 6 had deformed skirts, looked as if when slag cut after swaging with dull blade

    Things I liked:

Very uniform, not dusty, perfect expansion. I bought these for a Sheridan Silver Streak made in 1966. They performed well beyond my expectation. I will buy these again.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing, really. However, the tin is about the size of a pancake. Maybe a deeper tin with a smaller diameter?

    What others should know:

These shot almost laser straight, out to 65+ yards from my lower power rifle. When they hit the steel target they flattened out nicely.

    Things I liked:

I shoot informal 10 Meter to keep up with my marksmanship with my newly resealed Sheridan 1964 C. I had precisely the same results that Mr. Pelletier had with his Sheridan C Report on 3 pumps. These are out standing pellets for all you Sheridan Shooters. I will order the heavies JSB's next to try out, they weigh about the same or a little more then the original "Bantam 5's" in the screw lid can that I relegated to the collectors corner.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing, be very happy this 20 caliber ammo is produced and available to us. Thank you Pyramid.

    What others should know:

I just like the old Dans for what they are in walnut. Benji's are wonderful rifles also from any era.

    Things I liked:

I may have already reviewed these, but in case I forgot, these JSB are definitely working well on the Weihrauch HW80. It's an old school powerhouse style spring-piston, and it loves these pellets. I tested them on the Crossman metal squirrel reset. It was knocking the paint off the reset paddle, and target paddle. The HW90 in .22, and the HW98 in .22 were not able to knock the paint of the paddles at 40 yards.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

I bought four tins : ) I'm almost done with one tin in 3 days of testing. These are really accurate out of my HW80. 20-80 yards gong tested. Feels like they are doing 775fps. Going by ear to gong noise. No chrony.

Quality tin that has a secure lid. Pellets are packed well and have a foam insert to keep them from shaking around. They are all nice and uniform and clean. I like the fact I can find a quality .20 cal pellet.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing I can think of. JSB make quality pellets.

    What others should know:

These are my first JSB pellets I ever owned, I was always an H&N guy. .20 cal are hard to find anymore and these are good shooters.

    Things I liked:

I got these for my new HW80. Wow. That rifle loves these. These pellets hit hard and accurately. I see Cloverleafs on my dueling tree gongs where I test ammo. 40 yards. Nails gongs at 50, 60. 70, and 80 yards easily. Leaves a nice ring, and black mark.

    Things I would have changed:

I love JSB and H&N. They cost me a ton. Then the rifle gets spoiled on excellent ammo. So, when you run out, you have to shoot the stuff you back-shelved, while waiting for the FedEx.

    What others should know:

I zero'd on JSB at 40 yards. I tested H&N in same weight on my HW80. I hit the same marks I made on my gong with the JSB in .20. I may have to tweak windage 1-2 clicks left. It was windy, so I leave it as is. Mornings are no wind. Then I will know more. Both fit bore snug, but not too snug. Usually, H & N fit more snug in the .177. Not the case in .20 on this rifle. They both shoot dimes.

    Things I would have changed:

Pretty heavy overall. I don't seem to be getting the velocity I was used to with the Sheridan's but they hit hard. I need to chrono them to be sure.
