Things I liked:

Mac 1 Hunter #54. I bought too many (12) tins of these, I was worried maybe poor choice. They finally got here and I have had time to try them...Outstanding JSB Quality...nuff said. I am shooting chips off of 1" pvc pipe stuck in the ground at 70 (with a tape measure) YARDS! These fly as straight and true as the next three weights above them! Consistent sizing is same as those also. Good groups in RWS 34 also. Can't wait to use 'em up!

Things I would have changed:

You're kidding, Right?

What others should know:

Skirts are delicate and soft, must be thin for light weight. PA foam shipping minimizes damage but these travel a long way so give a bit of slack guys. Very few damaged. Seat them with round end of ink pen and they still do pretty well. Maybe 5-10 bent per tin. Pretty good if you know how shippers treat packages. I Will Buy More!

    Things I liked:

Reasonably consistent size. I don't measure, weigh or sort. I roll the pellet on the bench and watch for a smooth rotation on the skirt.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

I'm not a good shot but I have my moments. At 35, 45 and 55 yrs if I can keep my 5 shot groups in the 1.5" orange bullseye, I'm a happy camper. Use has a in my HW50s. So far so good.

I was disappointed in these pellets. The skirts were bent and disfigured.

    Things I would have changed:

Well I don't think you could do anything to make them better. They were packaged as good as anyone could make. Just must have got a bad batch. Most were ok but probably one tenth were bad.

    What others should know:

Just hope when you order ,you get a good time

    Things I liked:

The weight was a factor for me. I know the heavier weights are more accurate at longer ranges but the gun I ordered these for isn't a longer-range piece. It's a 1968 Winchester 427 Diana in .22 cal. The little gun has a super light trigger and very accurate now at only 490 fps it's a deadly 30 yd pester, and plinker. Yes, I gamble sometimes and reach out and have got lucky on starlings a lot farther on dead calm conditions. So, I wanted a quality lighter lead pellet to increase my FPS some and here it is. I have faster rifles but just love this smooth little gun and handing it down to my grandson. The increase to 490 fps helped increase the range a little and a perfect rig for him now.

    Things I would have changed:

The skirts damage easy as they are thin so be easy with them. Maybe a touch of alloy in the pellet would help that.

    What others should know:

They fly great from this lower powered gun but haven't tried them in anything with more power. Side wind is more of a factor past 30 yds with my gun but that's expected. I would say it's a worthy pellet for shorter ranges out to 50 yds with a little more powerful springer or PCP rifle.

    Things I liked:

These seem to be the gold standard for many 22 PCP rifles. They were the most accurate in my Avenger. Distorted skirts were not all that uncommon, but it didn't seem to affect the accuracy. Perhaps the skirts were trued up on firing.

    Things I would have changed:

The cost. At $20 for a tin o 500, they are more expensive than 22 LR ammo I bought before the pandemic created a shortage. No longer can it be said that shooting airguns is a way to lower the cost of shooting.

    What others should know:

These were the most accurate in my Avenger, but my .177 Marauder throws Exact pellets all over the place. The Marauder likes Crossman Premier pellets more than anything.

    Accuracy sucks

    What others should know:

Worst JSB pellet I have ever bought. I have tried these in both my Air Arms TX-200, and my Diana 34. Both of these guns can put 5 H&N pellets thru the same ragged hole @25 yards Neither gun likes these pellets, at all! Can't make a consistent group at any range, looks like I'm shooting a blunderbuss! VERY disappointed. Guess I'll melt them down for fishing weights!

Package was excellent! Performance of these are consist! I group at 25 yards 10 shots in the size of a dime. I can't believe the accuracy of these pellets! Amazing. Shot from a Benjamin Marauder in .22cal

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing!

    What others should know:

Would love to see an Armada Package go on sale! Looking for a .30 cal but maybsettle for another .22 cal so I'm not having to buy too many different pellets.

    Things I liked:

Put 10 shots through the same hole at an indoor range, about 50 feet, with an Air Venturi Avenger. These were shot from the cherry picked test pack. I ordered 500 based on the results and well....

    Things I would have changed:

Quality control. My 500 rounds had at least a 75% occurrence of damaged skirts, they are VERY thin and easily deformed. The pellets were the standard dump in a tin pack and the results were horrible. The usable pellets made these VERY expensive. At $18 per 500 rounds the actual cost was MUCH higher. Very disappointed in these. They should be the same quality as the sample pack, not 25% good and 75% damaged. I cancelled a followup order for 4 tins based on this experience.

    What others should know:

Save your money. They really are NOT worth the price until JSB takes some care in packing. The 18 grainers shoot just as well and have thicker skirts. Save more money and buy the Crosman Premier Domes, maybe a 40% larger group but half again the price.

The Weight is perfect for my sig Sauer Virtus, I used 14.3 grain crossman lead pellets to try to pierce a handicapped sign at 10 yards and wouldn't, these went thru the sign but barely.

Well made pellet with smooth finish and thin even skirt. Quality control looks good as no odd shaped or damaged pellets. Loads well on Diana Stormrider and is very accurate with this particular gun.

    Things I would have changed:

Price is the only issue, too expensive for daily plinking.

    What others should know:

Every gun seems different as to what pellet shoots well, so keep trying until you find the one that groups up well.

    Things I liked:

To be honest here the only reason I bought them is because of the dime sized groups they give me at any range with my Fortitude.

    Things I would have changed:

The amount of distorted skirts per tin. In my opinion is that are too thin. I noticed that if there is any deformation of the skirt I get "flyers".

    What others should know:

Being a well known name in the industry I would have thought QC would be better for such a excellent shooting pellet. Don' Don't get me wrong, hands down these pellets group like no other. It's just the amount of distorted skirts per tin. I know it sounds like I'm whinnying about it but when I buy a tin of Crosman premier pointed for another airgun, I can go through the tin and maybe 10 are distorted. JSB, however 50 or more depending. I've had more in some tins, and less in others. That's why the 3's for my review.

    Things I liked:

My Gamo Maxxim Swarm seems to "like" these pellets. I get tight groupings at 70 feet. Just a tad lighter than the Predator GTO pellets I was using, but have the same killing force on small game.

    Things I would have changed:

The tin can screw-on top could stand a bit of improvement. It doesn't seem to want to catch on the first thread when closing.

    What others should know:

If you need accuracy and power, this may be the pellet to try in your air rifle.

This is the most accurate pellet in my Benji .392 for low velocity practice. With only three pumps, I can make one ragged hole from the bench at 25 yards from my Benji if the wind isn't blowing hard. I also like that they are available in 500 round tins.

Fly 1 inch high and to the right of other JSB & H&N Pellets. Very accurate out of my Diana Stormrider. Cycle and Chamber very smoothly. .75 inch groups at 50 yds.

    Things I would have changed:

Not a pellet I would use in windy conditions.

    What others should know:

Cycle and chamber the best of all other pellets in my Diana Stormrider.

I bought these because they were the same weight as the Crosman Premire Hollow Points I sighted in with. My groups with the JSB was easily half that of the Crosman. Very few deformed pellets, so way fewer "flyers" than the crosman. Well worth the extra cost!

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing

    What others should know:

    Benjamin Prowler brewk barrel... YMMV.
