If you like airguns that are faithful replicas of firearms, then the Crosman M4-177 is for you.
This multi-pump pneumatic looks and feels like an M4 firearm and shoots either BBs or pellets. That's a huge advantage over single-projectile airguns -- you can shoot whatever you have on hand.
Since it's a multi-pump, you can pump it up to 10 times to get higher velocities or less if you'd like to do some easy all-day shooting. The advantage is that just about anyone can pump and shoot this air rifle -- from kids to adults of all sizes and ages. Even better, the adjustable buttstock telescopes just a bit if you need a longer length of pull.
Steel BBs can ricochet. The shooter and everyone in the shooting area should wear safety glasses when a gun is being handled (even if it's unloaded). Remember to remove all pets from the area, as rebounding ammo can hit them, too. Never shoot steel BBs at hard objects (including metal targets) or water, as that increases the chance of ricochet.

Looks good and easy to operate.
Things I would have changed:Front lower mount is USELESS. Need to include extra pellet "holders". While scope and mounts seem to be quality I had to shim the mounts and scope to achieve any hits on paper. Maybe it's my rifle but....

What others should know:The front lower rail is useless. I tried putting a bi-pod there and you can't pump it. You'd think that would have been checked but nope.

I have a acquired 2 of these m4 .177. However the clips were not with them. Do they serve any functions for the gun or just for looks, also i was jot aware u could use pellets, do u put them in 1 at a time or is there some sort of holder or clip for them cus they didnt come with any if so. Let me know if i can get these items and how i would go about it. Thanks
