Things I liked:Works great gets you very close with out waisting ammo
    Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:when unscrewing the barrel adapter's they stay in the size from expansion? You just pull the tips lightly apart & it return to normal.

Things I liked:It performs what you need it to. Variety of caliber guns it can be used with.
Things I would have changed:Better on/ off switch. Maybe a small case for all the compnents.
What others should know:A good tool for assisting in sighting scopes and laser dots.

Things I liked:This device makes adjusting a scope a snap. It is easy to use and will not damage your bore. Works also with bridge sights but not as well.
Things I would have changed:Inserting the batteries is a bit of a task. I was surprised to see that it uses (3) flat batteries about 3/8 in diameter. This could get expensive when the batteries go bad. Turning the unit on and off is a bit of a chore. You have to push and twist at the same time and this is difficult to do after you insert the unit into the bore of your gun. I would like to see a different method for inserting the batteries and turning the unit on and off. Also, reducing the amount of batteries would be nice and less expensive. It would also be nice if there was an adapter for guns that have a silencer, like the GAMO Silent Cat. I had to fabricate one to use this tool on that gun.
What others should know:Make sure that when you are finished with this tool that you remove the batteries for long term storage. Batteries can corrode if left too long in the device. Also, this adds to the life of the batteries. Try and keep everything in the package you received it in as this is a good way to store the unit and protect the rubber inserts from drying and cracking. A little light weight oil will help as well. Final safety tip: DO NOT LET THE LIGHT HIT YOUR EYES. Remember this is a laser device.

    • Roman from USA asked:

will it work on gamo air rifles

      • howard from USA asked:

What is the reason you can't use on a gun with a muzzlebrake ?

        • Dan the Man from USA:

If the airgun has baffles, the true barrel is recessed inside it. This will not go far enough inside to reach the barrel.

      • Andy Burinsky from USA asked:

Regarding this bore sighter, I have a Gamo Bull Whisper Extreme. Will it work for this .177 pellet rifle?

        • VICENTE from Colombia:

NO. Explicit advise: Do not use on guns that have muzzlebrakes, silencers, fake silencers, shrouds or noise dampeners. I am sorry Jerry, you are wrong. A friend buy one for a Gamo Silent Stalker: and it did not work. It does in my Gamo Big Cat .22 because the barrel does not have any aditional devise. For zeroed the scope: begin at 10 feet, fire 3 times and adjust lateral POI; follow at 10-12 yards and adjust elevation; from there get the distance you want and adjust elevation again. I hope help you.
