Things I liked: This is an excellent item, readily identified on the phone by Pyramyd tech staff and parts staff. The parts come without instructions, so be careful to lay out the small parts and see how they tie together. As I was cautioned on the phone, the lever to which my swivel was to attach was a somewhat larger dimension than the parts provided. Some shim material (e.g., rubber, leather, synthetic) was required for me and I chose a good but probably temporary solution to keep the sling was slipping or scoring the lever. I use the sling only for offhand shooting; if you were using it to carry the rifle in the field, I would suggest you find a tough material for your shim.

Things I would have changed: see above

Things I liked: This is the perfect answer for mounting sling swivels on a break barrel air gun. I've mounted one set on my Hatsan 1000 wood stocked .22 rifle and will use it for a few months to see how it works in the long run. I have a similar set-up I mounted this hardware on my Model 94 Winchester thirty years ago without any problems, so I don't see why it should not work on an air gun! A strong setup which looks decent too.

Things I would have changed: So far, nothing.

What others should know: Use Loctite on both fasteners and be careful not to strip fasteners by trying to over-tighten. It works well when included directions are followed.

Things I liked: I like everything about this GrovTec Swivel Set, which I installed on my Hatsan 125 NP Quattro Black Stock .22 air rifle, along with the GrovTEc Rifle Sling 48" x 1" Padded Nylon Black. It was easy to install and looks like it's part of the OEM.

Things I would have changed: I can't think of anything I'd change.

What others should know: I highly recommend this GrovTec Sling and Swivel Set if you are going to use your air rifle for hunting. It is very comfortable and the sling quickly disconnects when not needed [while being stored in my gun case].

        • Greg (PA SALES) from USA:

No this is for lever action guns you need GrovTec Swivel Set, Wood Screws,.... If its a wood stock I would have someone that knows how to install swivel studs do it. Remove the stock and find the best spot to drill.
