*Full floating reticle features dots and ties with mil-dot spacing. The hollow bars are calibrated for 0.2 mil spacing and whole spacing.

This Nite-Eye Digital scope has an etched-glass reticle, which is superior to a wire reticle because it's etched by a laser and is much more precise. That lets you get even more accuracy from your gun. Another way that etched-glass reticles are superior to wire reticles is when they're illuminated. The etched ones show the illumination only on the reticle. It looks like the reticle is floating. Wire reticles often have a reflection of the illumination in the objective lens, which can be distracting when shooting.

**You have 24 levels of blue or red illumination to accommodate any type of lighting situation. Plus, it memorizes your settings, avoiding night blindness. The lowest settings cannot be seen in daylight. A battery indicator and auto-shutdown ensure you won’t be left in the field without illumination.

Another fine optical sight from Hawke Sport Optics. If you want to see clear, sharp images and value getting on target quickly, get this air rifle scope. It can take the harsh 2-way recoil that magnum spring-piston air rifles will deliver. The red and blue illumination lets you shoot when it's convenient for you. Whether it's high noon, dusk, dawn or any other time of the day or night...use this scope to see your quarry.

Things I liked:High magnification, side wheel focus. Haven't had the ability to get out to a high distance shooting range, but I'm pretty sure I could pick a flea off a cats ass with this at 70+ yards on my Gammo.
Things I would have changed:Not a large range of adjustment within the scope for short distance shooting/ barrel droop adjustments. Would like a shorter parallax range than 15 yards. Your eye has to be EXACTLY in the right place behind the scope to see a solid full field of vision at any and all magnifications. Lens caps simply SUCK!!! They don't fit right and the objective cap is easier to take off than flip up! I only keep em on right now to keep debris off the lenses and will up grade as soon as possible.
What others should know:Initially had an issue with the illumination not working correctly when fired. Once set to desired illumination color and level, it would reset to a default after every shot. I had an E-mail into Pyramyd, but decided to check the battery before I even got a response. After cleaning and re-tightening the battery cap, the issue has cleared up. This Scope is MAD overkill for the Gamo Bone Collector Bullwhisper IGT .177 that it's currently mounted on. But I've got a Beeman rifle on my whishlist, and I know now that I've already got the optics to compliment that weapon when I get it!!!

Things I would have changed:I would change nothing.
What others should know:The clarity of this scope is top shelf. The best scope I have ever looked through. You WILL love it.
