These are sturdy high quality rings and they give you an easy way to add cool tactical accessories without any modification to your gun itself.
Things I Would Have ChangedInclude instructions! The rings come in a cardboard box and there were no instructions included with the set I got. For a normal set of rings would be fine, but these have 2 special tiny set screws that clamp the front rings to the scope. If you over look tightening them then your scope will not be clamped in the front, no matter how much you tighten the front 4 main allen screws.
What Others Should KnowI don't think the item description states the size, but these are LOW rings. I'm using these on my Remington 597 22LR with a 40mm scope, but the barrel sits lower than most airguns. On an airgun you will be hard pressed to use any scope with an objective over 32mm. Make sure you get the medium mounts (RG178-25DM) for anything larger.

Things I Would Have ChangedUnfortunately the laser stood off too far from the scope to be useful at anything but a set range. This rig is now collecting dirt at the bottom of a tool box.
