Things I liked: I've made several "holy" pellet-holders, and it difficult to find the optimal rubber to use. THESE ARE "THE RIGHT STUFF"... ;-) Just make sure you get models with deep enough holes/thick enough to fully seat pellets into becaue if a little bit of the skirt sticks out, burhs agsit something and yoru pellets fall out :-( (.325 is about right for H&N 14.66 gr. pellets in .22 cal.)

Things I would have changed: Staff more knowledgable about what thickness goes w/what pellet. Also, you can buy "replacement pads" and peel the backing off and stick them directly to our rifle's forend.
