Things I would have changed:Nothing.
What others should know:This part is essential to proper functioning of the RWS 350 and similar rifles like the 34. It's a spacer that with time and several tune ups tends to ditiriorate,and if it leaves play in the trigger section sooner or latter the rifle will mess up. It's easy to damage when reassembling the rifle because it has a tight set up. Good thing it's cheap money wise.
