Things I would have changed:The padding in the ear cups is so thin that it does not seal against your head very well. Especially if you wear glasses. You could turn your head and hear a noticable increase in sound. i bought these for shooting regular rifles and it only took one round to realize these do not work. Even in regular mode they are definetly not a NRR 29 sound reduction.
