    Aircraft-grade aluminum is just one of the things that makes this Leapers UTG scope mount different from all the others. The see-thru saddle plus the open architecture cap lightens the weight of the rings even more. One of the best features is the quick-detach lever lock on the side of each ring. Just pop the lever to remove your mount from a gun and simply push it back down to attach it to your gun.

    Things I liked:The rings locked on rock solid, but very easy to take off. I have taken my scope on and off a few times and it seems to hold zero perfectly.
    Things I would have changed:Six screws per ring is probably a bit much. I think 4 would do the job just fine. As the rings are quite thick they are heavier than most other aluminum rings.
    What others should know:I'm really glad I decided to try these rings out. I liked them so much, I ordered a second set for a Ruger rifle.

    What others should know:If you are removing your scope a lot to tune your rifle these rings are the way to go, my marauder holds zero when i remove the glass.
