The lense covers fit well and are easy to open or close. Things I would have changed:Really nothing except to make the red/grn light brighter. What others should know:This scope has a 1" tube and when sighting through it, the effect is a narrow tunnel vision to your target. I mounted this scope to my Crossman 357 revolver which has a 11mm dovetail rail. Because this gun breaks open for loading of the ammo clip, you need to mount the scope to the Leaper's Bi-Directional offset dovetail base to allow your finger room to depress the barrell release tab. Accuracy is really increased with this scope.

I purchased it to use with the Browning Mag 800 and it was just a 1/4" too long for the pistol, the Mag 800 is a break-barrel and it just caught the edge of the scope when I cocked

What others should know:when i first tried the scope i thought the dot was a bit fuzzy looking, turns out the dot seems to focus at a distance (which makes sence because your looking at your target at a distance). i put on my glasses and the dot was sharp and clear. the diming feature is real nice as well.
