Things I liked:I bought this rifle back when it was sold by CZ and when it was about $300 cheaper. I like everything except that it is too light for stability when shot offhand. It is very accurate with 1/8-inch groups at 30yd (no wind). The stock is beautiful and the rifle is built with great quality. Loading one by one directly is a little challenging at first and will be difficult for people with thick fingers. Velocity is 800 fps on the nose with Crosman premier Lights Things I would have changed:It could use a much better scope for that price. I immediately switched mine for higher quality scope with larger magnification because I wanted to take advantage if its great accuracy.The trigger is very very good but sometimes shows a little bit of grit. I figure than can be fixed easily. For the price, I would would add a metal muzzle brake to add weight and reduce report What others should know:This is a very high quality rifle and it is beautiful. I wanted to add that the reason I switched the original scope for a higher quality and higher magnification scope is because I am using this rifle for informal long range field target. Things I would have changed:For the price the scope mounts should have been high enough to clear the repeating mechanism, I had a different scope and rings to mount or this would have been a issue. I know speed sells but they really need to advertise the actual velocity. My rifle is running 100 fps slower than published specs with air arms 13.4 gr pellets. I still would have purchased the gun regardless of power. I ordered the gun when the gauged model was being advertised I recieved a non-gauged model.
What others should know:The non-gauge model comes with a fill probe you will not need to remove the tank and fill from the rear, though you still can. You don't need to purchase any filling adapters with the model now being advertised. My gun seems to prefer 15.9 gr jsb but it likes aa falcons as well. If you need power this is not the gun for you!!! But for pesting and squirels its great.
