German quality, hand-assembled and ready to accept any task you give it! At only 7.3 lbs., this breakbarrel marvel will delight you with spot-on accuracy. The R9 begs to be shot all day long, and you'll have a hard time refusing.

Repeatable accuracy is built into the gun at the factory, and you won't outgrow it. Its German heritage ensures that it'll perform flawlessly for hunting, pest elimination, paper targets, field targets or plinking. If you plan to shoot field target, .177 is the optimum caliber. If hunting small game and pest elimination are in your plans, .20 caliber is a better choice.

The hardwood Monte Carlo stock includes a slightly raised cheekpiece that is so unobtrusive that it's ambidextrous! The dependable breakbarrel mechanism is smooth and easy to cock. The famous Rekord trigger is the standard by which all other triggers are measured and can be adjusted to suit your needs. Easily add a scope on the 11mm dovetails; accepts a vertical scope stop pin.

The globe front sight accepts aperture inserts (none included), and the rear micrometer sight is adjustable for windage and elevation.

Don't forget to pick up a variety of recommended pellets, which are listed in the AMMO link. Select appropriate accessories, including scopes and targets, by clicking on the ACCESSORIES link.

Things I liked: every thing

Things I would have changed: i would change just the safety

What others should know: great rifle for long range targets shooting, and the most of all, fore hunting, 9/10 pellets kill, very accurate, and very good for crow hunting ( all my shot that i did with it on a crow, killed the crow with one shot from 50 yards +, then buy it, it'll make you happy !!

Things I liked: every thing, great hunting rifle, and great accuracy ( great for long range shooting)

Things I would have changed: the safety good but sometims you need to put some oil on it, one more thing is that the barrel get rust fast.

What others should know: put the WD40 or what i really like "simoniz colour restorer" ( for car and it will be great for rust on the barrel or other part, the most great pellets with this rifle is the crow magnum, (REALLY great accuracy and great 4 hunting) NOT rifle 4 beginners

Things I liked: Although I am relatively new to quality airguns, I have owned a couple of cheap chinese airguns, and believe me, there is no comparison! This is a quality rifle, beautiful workmanship and finish, worth the price.

Things I would have changed: Nothing.

What others should know: If you are a first time air rifle buyer, just remember that you usually get what you pay for.
