    Ok, so it's not the fastest rifle we carry (525fps), but it is perfect for a first rifle, and will even do small rodents if required. The Delta has an ergonomic, black synthetic stock and an easy 21-lb. cocking force. It has a velocity of 525 fps and is a great gun for young shooters, persons slight of build or those who just want an all around nice & easy rifle!

    Things I liked:Great little shooter. Irons sighted in easily as did the scope. This will be my son's (9yr old) first "real" rifle

    Things I liked:Brilliant piece of work here, I must say, even though the included scope might not be the best, it is accurate and there is hardly any recoil. I wish we could give half stars for a 4 1/2 but oh well. Its a well constructed gun with very good accuracy.
    Things I would have changed:Get this thing a better scope. I think going with a 4X32 scope with a mount would sell this thing off the charts. You should just go out and get a 4X32, they're better and relatively cheap.
    What others should know:The beginning scope was slightly off on mine, if it is for you too, try aiming a tiny bit to the left, did wonders for me.

    Things I liked:Surprisingly accurate, especially considering the price. Light cocking force and trigger and the short stock make this particularly attractive for young or small shooters.
    Things I would have changed:Have a hole for a scope drilled into the rear of the integral scope rings, although the low recoil probably makes a scope stop unnecessary.
    What others should know:You will definitely want to not even bother with the included scope and instead obtain a decent compact (under 11" length) 1" tube scope. I used the BSA .22 Special 4x32 due to price and availability, but the Leapers Bug Buster series of scopes look more attractive because of the Leapers quality and adjustable objectives.
