In single-action mode, we got a high of 426 fps with RWS Hobby pellets, with an average of 406 fps. In double-action (using RWS Hobby pellets), we got a high of 398 fps, with an average of 374 fps. Gletcher indicates a velocity of 328 fps on their box and 360 fps in their manual.
According to airgun writer Tom Gaylord, sometimes pellets back out when pressed in with your thumb. He used the Pellet Pen to deeply seat the pellets into the shells, and none of the pellets popped out.

Things I would have changed:-I would remove the safety switch, just like the real thing. -Rifling does not extend through the entire barrel, so I would lengthen the rifled inner barrel.
What others should know:BEFORE YOU BUY: 1. The rifling in the barrel is only about 3 inches long. 2. This version has a safety switch. In the various description’s, twice it mentions having a safety switch HOWEVER in the specs and image provided IT SHOWS NO SAFTEY! A little bit of a conflict there, but if you are buying this for pure realism get the Airgun Depot variant. It lacks the safety just like the real thing. The gun also has a “faux barrel” where the inner barrel that’s rifle ends about half way through the outer barrel. It’s as if they just put a snub nose inner barrel in and still designed a full sized revolver. This was a bigger disappointment as this airgun is comparatively expensive to not have a full length rifled barrel. So far disappointed for the price point but hopefully time with this airgun will dictate it’s fun factor.

I love everything about this.
Things I would have changed:The manual is not very clear about the removal of the pin which holds the cylinder in place. It is hidden well beneath the ejector.
What others should know:A very nice old fashitioned revolver and light weight. Fits well in the hand.
