| 1. | No purchase necessary. |
| 2. | Must be 18 years or older to enter to be eligible to win the prize. |
| 3. | Void where prohibited by law. |
| 4. | Submit all required information to be automatically entered into a drawing for the Gamo Whisper CSI. |
| 5. | Only one entry per person. |
| 6. | Each submission will count as one entry. |
| 7. | Pyramyd Air reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason. |
| 8. | Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. |
| 9. | Winner will be listed on the website and notified by email. |
| 10. | Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. |
| 11. | Entries will be accepted through June 30, 2009. |
| 12. | Employees, contractors and subcontractors of Pyramyd Air, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their families are not eligible to enter. |
| 13. | All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. |
| 14. | Winner must meet eligibility requirements as required by Pyramyd Air. |
| 15. | Entrants must live in the continental USA. |
| 16. | Pyramyd Air shall not be held liable for any submission problems or issues. |
| 17. | Pyramyd Air shall not be held liable for any consequential use, misuse, abuse, damage or injury associated with the rifle. |
| 18. | Videos must start and end with the Pyramyd Air logo and indicate the website (www.pyramydair.com). All products shown in the video must be sold by Pyramyd Air. |
| 19. | No hunting videos are allowed. Videos showing illegal, unsafe or dangerous use of airguns or other products will not be eligible. |
| 20. | By submitting a video, you certify that the video is your property and that you own all rights to the video. Pyramyd Air and its subsidiaries shall have the right to use and broadcast any video submission in whatever way they choose. |
| 21. | The decision of the judges is final. If the winner is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be selected. |
