Charles, it does work. If you keep your hand off the grip safety and try to pull the trigger it won’t work. In Part 10 I explain how the trigger and grip safeties work in combination and how to safely test each. Hopefully your XDM 4.5 is working properly. After you read Part 10 let me know.

I found one airgun called the aps shark on evikes website, and it has become my favorite air pistol. It shoots standard bbs and is also select fire.

The magazine is on the aps shark is different. It works more like the umarex legends mp 40 in that the whole magazine is filled with co2 instead of co2 just going straight through a valve like most of the co2 pistols out there.
