What exactly is the "True Hunter" type? And how does it differ from a regular "True strength" type Leaper's scope?

True Hunter is just the designation for the model of scope. It is also a true strength scope.

    What power is true milldot?

Most Leapers scopes are set so that 10x is true. You would have to call Leapers and double check for this model though.
