  • Christian from USA asked:

How many fills will I be able to get in my Hatsan Airmax (490cc) using this (88 Cu In) air tank?

    • Tyler from USA:

Only a few, but it depends on where you need to refill the gun at (pressure wise). Typically between 3-5 full fills to 200 BAR

  • Richard from USA asked:

what is the manufacture date on this tank?

    • James from USA asked:

when filling from 1500 to around 2800, how many refills will I get for my Benjamin Marauder.

      • Tyler from USA:

Approx. 9 fills to 2800 psi if the tank has 4500 psi in it

    • Chevota from USA asked:

AV: I'd really be interested if this tank came w/o the reg. I, and many of us, want a super small/short tank, plus whatever cost savings it would net. It also looks delicate and overly complicated... I'd much prefer a simple valve <1" tall. Ideally it would have a removable knobb to both shorten the oal and reduce risk of damaging it or venting air. If I fall or whatever out in the field I don't want my day to be over bc that valve failed. Plus simple = less leakage or failure down the road. In short I'd buy it today if it were as I described, but I don't want it at all with the valve it has now.

      • Tyler from USA:

A little patience, I believe there is an unregulated version coming to market....but it will likely be priced about the same.

    • Pedro from USA asked:

How many fills would this tank give the Umarex hammer? I'm new to airguns and I'm learning everything I can to be safe.

      • Tyler from USA:

This will not fill a Hammer fully, this only outputs about 2900 psi, the hammer fills to 4500 psi.

    • jose from USA asked:

how many liters are 88 Cu In, how many loads can I make to my fx crown of 480 cc, thanks

      • Chevota from USA:

Super cool tool to check tanks fills: https://sye.dk/airgun/index.php Fyi there are 2.54cm in an inch, so 2.54 cubed is 16.387064 (cc's in a sqin) times 88 = 1442.061632 cc's. Or 1.442061632 liters. Or the easy way like Tyler did it, but it's nice to know how to survive w/o the G word ;)

      • Tyler from USA:

According to Google, 1.44 liters. This will only fill to about 3000 psi, so it will not totally fill up your crown. But with that said, it should give you about 5 good fills to that 2900-3000 psi mark

    • Joe from USA asked:

I just acquired a Huntsman Regal XL HR which can be filled to 3200 psi. The problem is that I'm having no success in getting my AV Fill Station (which is just over a month old) to fill up the Huntsman beyond 180 bar. The Fill Station fills to 4500psi fine from my AV Compressor and the Huntsman fills to the recommended 3200 psi when filled directly from the compressor, however even when freshly filled, my Fill Station can't provide adequate pressure to fill the gun. What do you suggest?

      • Tyler from USA:

The tank output is regulated, so you'd have to shim the regulator to get the pressure up. Granted, the HR model of the Huntsman is regulated, so it really doesn't matter what you fill to from a shot to shot consistency perspective, only from a shots per fill perspective. Anyway, give the tech department at PA a call, they can give you some advice on how to deal with shimming the reg.

    • Pezhman from USA asked:

Where is it made or imported?

      • Paul from USA asked:

I thought most refill the 3000 psi rifles by using the pressure gauge on the CF tank since it is regarded to be more accurate than the one on the rifle. my 88 cubic inch Air Ventura CF tank has a regulator that won't let the rifle fill over 2900 psi. which I like, but the pressure gauge seems to only measure the pressure in the tank and will not go down to 0 when the line is bleed. Is this normal I thought the tank pressure gauge would measure the psi of the rifles storage system. I have been wondering if this tank guage is stuck?

        • Tyler from USA:

Yes that is normal for this tank. Some other tanks with non-regulated valves show you the air that is going into the gun, so when you bleed the line that pressure returns to zero. This tank shows the air in the tank at all time.

      • Carl from USA asked:

I have an air Venturi 88 cu ft CF tank that is almost 4 years old. I have looked the tank over several times and I cannot find a manufacture date. Where is the date supposed to be. Thanks in advance

        • Tyler from USA:

There should be a white ring around the tank. There will be two or three columns within that white ring that have printed information on them. Typically, the left hand column of info at the very bottom there will be a month and year, it will have a symbol in the middle of them. For Example, it will say 01 (symbol) 14, to signify January of 2014. If you still can't find it, take it to a dive shop or fire dept. and they will be able to find it for you.

      • Brian from USA asked:

If it regulates at 2900 and most guns i'm interested in fill to 3000 PSI, how do I fill them? Would i top off with a hand pump?

        • Tyler from USA:

You don't need to fill the gun to exactly 3000 psi. The tank holds 4500 psi, it regulates the output at 2900 +/-.

      • Felix from USA asked:

What is the total length including the fill station? Thank you so much

        • Larry from USA asked:

will a special adaptor be required in order for this tank to be filled by a fire department?

          • Tyler from USA:

That depends on what kind of adapter set up your fire dept. has

        • Greg from USA asked:

How many fills of a Beeman HW 100 S FSB would I get from this unit?

          • Tyler from USA:

            Around 8 full fills

        • Blair from USA asked:

How many fills do you get filling the Benjamin Marauder?

          • Tyler from USA:

Depending on what pressure you top it off at, around 8 full fills

        • Dell from USA asked:

I'd like to fill a Benjamin Maurader. Do I need any additional adapters to fill this gun?

          • Tyler from USA:

            Nope. Nothing extra needed

        • shane from USA asked:

How many refills would i get on a hatsan gladius (255cc tank) from 125-200bar

          • Tyler from USA:

            About 8-9 refills

        • DALE from USA asked:

I have a 74cuft Air Venturi tank. Im looking at get the 90cu in to carry in the field. Would i need any adaptors to fill the 90cu in ? And roughly how many times will I be able to fill it off the 74cu ft?

          • Tyler from USA:

No adapters needed, your 74 cu ft tank hose will connect right to the male qd on the 90 cu in tank. If you wanted to fill the 90 cu in tank to 4000 psi, you'd get a few fills from the 74 cu ft tank. And that is if you refilled the 90 when the pressure drops below 3000 psi.

        • Joe from USA asked:

Can this tank be purchased without the valve meaning bottle only ?

          • Tyler from USA:

            No

        • Peter from USA asked:

How many times can I top off a Benjamin discovery from 1000 to 2000 psi?

          • Tyler from USA:

            25-30 fills

        • Michael from USA asked:

Does the 90 cut in tank require. Hydro testing?

          • Tyler from USA:

Yes, every 5 years. With a 15 years lifespan from the date of manufacture

        • Ciano from USA asked:

I refill my tank up to 4500psi but it drops to 4100psi. It stops at 4100psi not lower. What could be the problem?

          • Ciano from USA:

With an Air Venturi Air Compressor at my local airgunshop. I tried cooling it off first then fill it up to 4700psi so it will drop to 4500psi. But is sill drops to 4100psi.

          • Ciano from USA:

With Air Venturi Air Compressor @ my local airgunshop . I tried cooling it off first, then fill it up to 4700psi so it can drop to 4500psi. But it still drops to 4100psi.

          • Tyler from USA:

What are you refilling the tank with? It could just be cooling as there is usually a decent amount of heat that builds up when filling a CF tank.

        • Gregg from USA asked:

Will a small tank from an oxygen acetylene the oxygen tank work with filling a PCP gun?

          • Tyler from USA:

            NO

        • John from USA asked:

Anyone filling this with a Yong Heng PCP Compressor? If so, will the fill hose on the compressor connect directly to the fill port without an adapter? Is the pressure gauge on the compressor reliable? Did you add an inline gauge or do you pressurize the fill station to check pressure or both?

          • Carlton from USA:

Partial answer. . . . .the Yong Heng Compressor has a female end so you will need a double male adapter. With that it works perfectly.

        • Alex from USA asked:

I OWN A HATSAN AT44 10 LONG QE I WANT TO PUCHASE A CARBON FIBER TANK AND FITTINGS TO ANABLE ME TO FILL MY RIFLE . ANY SUGGESTIONS? P.S. I DO OWN A HATSAN HAND PUMP WITH A PROBE HOSE CONNECTOR IF THAT HELPS?

        • Mark from USA asked:

Hi, I'm interested in buying a Ataman AP16 that has a 4350 PSI fill. If the regulator on this unit can't be changed to suit the fill requirements, how do I get it filled without pumping?

          • Val from USA:

You would need to get a compressor or booster, or a larger tank.

        • Douglas from USA asked:

Don't understand the "regulated to 2900psi out". You can fill to 4500 but the most you can get out is 2900? So my Maximus is max 2000psi-refill at 1000, for 135cc, so about 10 fills? Air in is through male QD and air out is through regulator?

          • Tyler from USA:

Correct. Tank will hold up to 4500 psi. Output is regulated to 2900 psi. Your math is a bit off. If you only fill to 2000 psi, and top off at 1000, you're looking at around 27 fills. Yes, you put air in through the male QD fitting and then when the valve is opened, it flows out through the reg.

        • John from USA asked:

Do you have to refill this and where do you if you do

          • Tyler from USA:

Yes. Do you mean where on the tank do you fill or where do you go to have it filled?

        • Ruben from USA asked:

Hi, this tank filled to 3000 psi, how many fills can I get on a Texan .45? Thanks

          • Tyler from USA:

If you only had 3000 psi in this tank, you wouldn't even get the Texan all the way to 3000 psi once.

        • Aaron from USA asked:

How many cubic feet is this tank? The sites I use for calculators wants ft3.

          • Tyler from USA:

            16.2

        • Michael from USA asked:

The dive shop says they can only fill to +- 3200 PSI. The tank is rated to 4500 PSI. I have the Benjamin Armada. Will only filling this tank to 3200 PSI dramatically reduce the amount of refills I get? Is this normal for dive shops? Any other fill options to get a higher PSI?

          • Tyler from USA:

Yes it will reduce the number of fills greatly. I would recommend getting a standard scuba tank instead. The higher volume will get you more fills from that 3200 psi. You can try a paintball shop or field to see if they can get you up to 4500 psi.

        • Michael from USA asked:

Does this come equipped to be filled by the local dive shop? Are any additional connections needed?

          • Tyler from USA:

That all depends on what kind of connectors your dive shop has

        • Ulyssew from USA asked:

Can you fill this with a hand pump

          • Tyler from USA:

Could you, yes. Would you want to, probably not. It would take a long time and a lot of pumping.

        • dalton from USA asked:

Do you have to get this inspected before filling it up at a dive shop?

          • Val from USA:

Most fill shops will do a visual inspection before filling. Generally SCBA fiber tanks require a test every 5 years.

        • Peter from USA asked:

I'm thinking of buying a bsa scorpion 1200 se , will this tank be ok ?how many fills will I get & how many shots ?

          • Alan from USA:

Not sure at what PSI you need to refill, but assuming it is 2000psi you will get a full fill and about 6 refills with this tank.

        • James from USA asked:

I just received my tank and fill station. Do I screw the fill station on AS IS or use Teflon tape or other thread sealer? How Tight ? THANKS!

          • Richard from USA:

just screw it on there are o-rings to create the seal

        • Eric from USA asked:

Is anything else besides the Air Venturi Carbon Fiber Air Tank & Fill Station, 4500 PSI, 90 Cu In needed to do the job of filling evanex rex with air?

          • Richard from USA:

you will need the the air ventrui male quick disconnect, 1/8"bspp to hook to the rex fill probe.

        • Emerald from USA asked:

The Air Venturi carbon fiber model #PY-A-4708 I purchased from you is not holding air. I have not used it but 2-3 times since I bought it. What do you recommend? The company is not helping.

          • Richard from USA:

I have 2 , 80, cf scuba tanks. I have the valve adapter for them to fill my new HASTAN at440 , how many fills can I get out of each tank to fill the hastan at 44.

        • Monster from USA asked:

Can I use this for the Benjamin maximus or do I also have to buy an adapter

          • Val from USA:

you can use it for Benjamin Maximus. If ever in doubt, click on the PCP Hookup tab on the airgun page and choose the source of air.

        • John from USA asked:

Does this work with the armada

          • Val from USA:

            yes, it does

        • William from USA asked:

I can only have the tank filled to 3000psi, how many fills will i get with my FX WILD CAT 25CAL?

          • Tyler from USA:

You won't get any full fills from the tank if only filled to 3k

        • Bob from USA asked:

Tyler,I should have asked, I have a marauder pistol how many fills can I get from this tank going f rom 1500 to 2600psi?

          • Tyler from USA:

If you have 4500 psi in the tank, you'd be looking at over 30 fills to 2600

        • nickolas from USA asked:

can i fill this tank with a hand pump?

          • Val from USA:

Yes, you would need a pump that can go up to 4,500 PSI, like the G6 pump: Air Venturi G6 Hand Pump,... and it will require some pumping!

        • Bob from USA asked:

I have a marauder pistol. How many fills can I get with this bottle?

          • Tyler from USA:

Depends on the pressure you refill at each time, but I'd say 8 full fills. Probably 10-15 usable fills.

        • nee-kevi from USA asked:

I have a ninja 90cu.in. 4500 psi tank and the ninja valve hose assembly that uses a slide pressure bleed off right behind the female foster quick disconnect at the probe end of the hose, can the slide pressure bleed be used in the same way as the screw type bleed on the valve that comes with this tank? the hose is the coiled micro bore ninja brand. So if you look at the bottle pictured here at the f.q.d.c.end there would be a slide type air pressure bleed off right behind where a b.s.p.p. probe would be hooked up to the q.d.c. there would be the slide valve ,instead of the reinforced rubber. The only difference is mine bleeds the pressure before the hose adapte , rather than to the rear of the hose to valve assemb. pictured here?

          • Tyler from USA:

So long as it is rated to 4500 psi (should the regulator malfunction and let the full pressure into the hose) then you should be fine. I'm not familiar with the hose set up you're referencing but as long as you have a bleeder and QD fitting (and hose of course) rated to take that pressure, you're good.

        • Leon from USA asked:

What is needed to fill a Steyr LP10 cylinder? I have a Steyr original adapter that came with the pistol. Anything else? Thanks

          • Tyler from USA:

            100% correct Leon!

          • Leon from USA:

I just answer my own question. Air Venturi SS Female DIN Adapter With Male Quick-Disconnect fits the Steyr LP10 adapter.

        • Bob from USA asked:

does it have bleeder valve------ have disco

          • Tyler from USA:

            Yes

        • Johnver Kenzo from Peru asked:

Wich accesories I need to fill a Morini 162MI bottle

          • Val from USA:

You will need: Air Venturi SS Female DIN.... The easiest way to find out the answer is to use PCP Hookup tab on the Morini pistol page :-)

        • Andrew from USA asked:

How many fills can I get on my TalonP from roughly 1,500 PSI to 2,500 PSI?

          • Tyler from USA:

            About 12

        • Marcus from USA asked:

How many fills can I get for an Airforce Texan?

          • Tyler from USA:

            6-8

        • Marcus from USA asked:

How many times can this fill a Texan?

          • Tyler from USA:

            6-8 full

        • John from USA asked:

Does one need a bleeder valve on the line?

          • Tyler from USA:

There is a bleeder with this set up. It is on the opposite side of the hose on the fill assembly

        • jeff from USA asked:

Alright . condor w/490 cc tank. max fill is going to be 2800 psi. refill at 1400 psi...how many refills? thanks

          • Tyler from USA:

            5 or 6

        • jason from USA asked:

CAN THIS BE FILLED TO MORE THAN 2900?MY GUN NEEDS 232 BAR WHICH IS AROUND 3600PSI

          • Tyler from USA:

It cannot fill your gun any higher than that, no. The output is regulated at 2900 psi (+/- 10%)

        • Jonathan from USA asked:

I do not mind the work out or time needed to fill this by hand. What do I need to attach to a hill m4 hand pump so I can fill this up?

          • julio from USA:

Air Venturi Foster Female Quick-Disconnect to 1/8...

        • Kevin from USA asked:

Will this tie directly to my Benjamin Marauder or are there any fittings or connections that I will need to purchase in addition to the tank?

          • julio from USA:

You don't need an adapter for your gun this will fit directly

        • andy from USA asked:

How many. Fills can I get on my epox badger?

          • Tyler from USA:

Pretty sure the badger is a high pressure fill. If you intend to go over 2900 psi (I believe the badger is rated to take up to a 4300 psi fill), then this tank would not be a good choice.

        • Bobby from USA asked:

Will this Tank work for the Texan Big Bore 45 Cal ?

          • Val from USA:

yes and no other adapters are needed.

        • Elio from USA asked:

Can this fill my FX Wildcat and do I need any speacial adapters?

          • Tyler from USA:

It will fill to approx 2900 psi, max working pressure on the Wildcat is about 3300 psi. If you're okay with losing a few shots with the lower pressure, it can fill it. You'd need a quick disconnect adapter for the FX probe. Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect, 1/8"...

        • daniel from USA asked:

Can you use this to tether to a 3000psi rifle? and shoot from this tank?

          • Tyler from USA:

Could you do it, yes. Would I recommend it, no. A better set up would be a regulator that is separate from your tanks valve.

        • Nathan from USA asked:

I purchased this tank but the regulator only fills my marauder to about 2600PSI. Is there a replacement valve I can purchase to replace the regulator and allow for higher fill pressures?

          • Tyler from USA:

You would just replace the reg. Air Venturi Airgun Regulator, Fits... But I believe the folks at Air Venturi can probably assist you and should be able to get your reg closer to 2900 psi. Though you would need to send it in

          • RICHARD from USA:

I haven't received my tank yet but I will use my hand pump to bring the level closer to 2900psi.

        • DW from USA asked:

Anything extra I would need to fill the Benjamin Bulldog Bullpup reservoir?

          • Val from USA:

No. To be sure you can always click on the PCP Hookup tab for any PCP air rifle (like Bulldog Benjamin Bulldog .357 Bullpup, Shrouded...) and it will show you what connectors you may need depending on the source of air.

        • John from USA asked:

Sorry if this was answered but I don't see it. Is this tank and hose connector set up for all AirForce rifles without the need for an adapter?

          • Val from USA:

No need for anything extra. To be sure you can always click on the PCP Hookup tab for any PCP air rifle and it will show you what connectors you may need depending on the source of air.

        • vincent from USA asked:

How many times can I fill my airforce condorss from 2500 to 2900psi?

          • Tyler from USA:

If only going between 2500 and 2900...about 12 fills

        • Miami Marauder from USA asked:

Is there a way I can take off the 2900 pis regulator so I can fill my gun to 3100 psi?

          • Tyler from USA:

            No

        • Mark from USA asked:

Can you run this tank without the regulator mine is only putting out about 2500 psi now it use fill higher . Will I need a new regulator

          • Tyler from USA:

Can't run without it. But give PA's tech dept a call, they can probably assist you.

        • Walt from USA asked:

Why, oh WHY does nobody sell rebuild kits for the regulator that comes with the Air Venturi 90 cubic inch carbon fiber air tank?

          • Tyler from USA:

Call the PA tech dept. They will probably ask that you send it in, but I believe they have the parts for it.

        • Gilles Bill from USA asked:

Does Air Venture have a DIM adapter? Is this tank will come with this adapter or Do I need buy one?

          • Tyler from USA:

Depends on what kind of DIN adapter you need. What are you trying to hook up to or fill?

        • rafael from USA asked:

How many times will this fill my fx wildcat 22.

          • Tyler from USA:

6-8 depending on where you fill it at and how high you fill it to.

        • rafael from USA asked:

What do I need to connect this to my air arm s510

          • Val from USA:

You will need Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect, 1/8"... for this particular combination. Click on the PCP Hookup tab on the PCP gun page and then choose your source of air, this will give you answers on what adapters you will need if any.

        • Charles from USA asked:

Can you monitor this and shut it off at 2000 psi for a Discovery

          • Val from USA:

            yes, you can do that.

        • Elias from USA asked:

Mine just came in and the knob on the top is bent to the side, is this normal?????

          • Val from USA:

No it is not, need to return it.

        • mario from USA asked:

Is this tank safe to use with a Benjamin discovery?

          • Val from USA:

yes, you just need to monitor the pressure and turn it off when it reaches 2,000 PSI

        • Jeff from USA asked:

Good in theory, but this setup looks ridiculous. Why didn't the manufacturer just attach a bleed valve to the regulator and use the quick release valve as a standard in/out. I wouldn't want to pack that cheap hose and adapter. This also prevents the customer from upgrading to a higher quality hose assembly.

          • Tyler from USA:

The hose could certainly be changed out if you wanted to do so. It's threaded into the block and is a 1/8" BSPP male threading and could be replaced by a longer hose should you want one.

        • Jim from USA asked:

If I want to get this filled by a SCUBA shop, is the adapter I'm likely to need sold on PA's website, or can you guide me on what I'm looking for?

          • Damien from USA:

I got the male firehose fitting with the quick disconnect. (After a few wrong purchases, and being cut off when i asked one of the "experts" why there are no dimensions/schematics attached to the fittings, so we can figure out if they will adapt to a fitting) I finally got it. This will work as long as the shop has the firehose female fitting you can connect to. Just shoot them a pic of it and they will let you know. Scuba shops, as you know, have many different fill options. The one i go to said the firehose is pretty standard. Not too Happy with the bottle though. should've got the bigger one. This one runs out way too fast. convenient. But not worth the $$

          • Tyler from USA:

That depends on what their hose set up ends in. You ultimately need to end with a 1/8" female quick disconnect like the one that is on the end of the fill hose.

        • Andy from Canada asked:

How will this unit do w/ a Hatsan AT-44, I already have the Hatsan Hose & Adaptor. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank's, Andy.

        • AGUSTIN from USA asked:

Is it possible to remove the regulator valve from the cylinder so that it can be transported during an international flight to Argentina?

          • Gilles Bill from USA:

If you buy a new one normally will be removable originally.

        • David from USA asked:

I have air venturi 90 cu in set up and with 4500 psi in tank, my 5k disk pops off. Can some one tell me why?

          • Tyler from USA:

Likely a poor tolerance on the burst disc. If it's 5k, it should only burst at 5k or above. At least not 4500 psi shy of that. The other possibility is that the gauge on your tank is off and you may be overfilling it. Is there a way you can verify the pressure in the tank? If filled from a compressor, the compressor gauges are usually pretty accurate.

        • steven from USA asked:

How many fills will get on a walthrr 1250 with 300 bar?

          • Tyler from USA:

You would not be able to fill the Walther that high. This tank has a regulated output of about 2900 psi or 200 BAR.

        • anibal from Chile asked:

I want to buy sumatra 2500 will it work on this rifle?? If i buy this tank and sumatra rifle, i need to buy another adapter?? If i need another adapter please give me the link.

        • osman from Bosnia asked:

HI CAN THIS TANK FILL A HATSAN BT65 AND HOW MAY TIMES?

          • Seth from USA:

This tank will only fill any hatsan to 160 bar

          • Tyler from USA:

Yes, you would need Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect, 1/8"... for the Hatsan Fill probe to connect it. You would get about 10-12 full fills on the BT65.

        • edward j from USA asked:

can it be filled with co2

          • Tyler from USA:

It is not made to be filled with CO2, I would not recommend it.

          • edward j from USA:

can you regulate the fill station

        • MAURICE from USA asked:

How many times will this fill fill my Mrod P-12 bullpup?

          • Tyler from USA:

It will deliver 10-12 full fills

        • Dotti from USA asked:

          What is a shoebox compressor?

        • Dotti from USA asked:

Can you fill this tank with a compressor?

          • Austin from USA:

With a normal shop compressor, No.

        • Roberto from USA asked:

is the size of the tank thread 3/4 UNF?

          • Tyler from USA:

            It's 5/8 x 18 UNF

        • Claudio from USA asked:

Will it work on a hatsan at44 QE long? I work at a hospital and we have air compressors, what should I look for to know if we can use that equipment to fill this cylinder?

          • Cory from USA:

You would need to get the adapter listed in the PCP hookup tab for the AT44. The compressor must fill to minimum 3,000 psi and you would need a fitting that could be made to adapt to the foster fitting on the tank.

        • Josh from USA asked:

How many times will this fill a .22 marauder

          • Dan the Man from USA:

Roughly, 12 times for the rifle.

        • Alan from USA asked:

Is there no firehouse adapter available for this tank? "The tank must be filled through the male quick-disconnect on the neck. Generally speaking, dive shops and firehouses are not equipped to fill this tank."

          • Cory from USA:

You would need to get an adaptor to go from whatever fitting they have (most likely din) to foster female so it can snap onto the tank. You would need to contact the firehouse that has agreed to fill the tank and find out what fittings they use.

        • kevin from USA asked:

can this tank be filled with nitrogen?

          • Dan the Man from USA:

            Yes.

        • GARY from USA asked:

How many 3,000psi fills can I get from the 90cc tank?

          • Jerry from USA:

It depends on the air cylinder size of the gun

          • Dan the Man from USA:

None, the regulator only allows a max of 2,900 psi to leave the tank.

        • Richard / Sami from USA asked:

I Own an Air Arms S510, and a Marauder, what do I need to fill Both airguns with this tank?

          • Val from USA:

When on each gun's page, click on the PCP Hookup tab. Then select this little tank and you should see if there are any adapters needed (it will be different for each gun)

        • Andres from USA asked:

          • Tyler from USA:

            16.2 CF

        • Andres from USA asked:

I'm beetwen this one and the omega 12cu ft but I don't know wich one is bigger, I get useless conversions, can somebody tell me how many cu ft are 90 cu inc? Thanks!

          • Tyler from USA:

            This tank is 16.2 CF

        • Maco from USA asked:

How can i fill a older gun without a gauge. It is rated for 3000 psi.

          • Tyler from USA:

The beauty of this tank is that it has a regulated output of 2900 psi. So you will never overfill your gun.

        • JAMES from USA asked:

Does this tank need to be pressure tested ??? How often ???

          • Tyler from USA:

Yes, every 5 years it should be hydro-statically tested

        • David from USA asked:

Can it be filled with a hand pump?

          • Jim from USA:

Yes. My local paintball shop had a compressor problem and could only get my tank filled to a little over 3200psi. I topped it off with my Air Venturi G6 hand pump.

          • Dan the Man from USA:

            No it can not.

        • David from USA asked:

If i have a compressor can i refill this tank the way it is or do i need an adapter and if so what type?

        • Rudi from USA asked:

Is this tank shipped filled or empty?

          • Moss from USA:

            Empty

        • Vince from USA asked:

can this be used to fill a discovery PCP gun. it only needs 2000 psi. the output for this tank says 2900 psi.

          • Moss from USA:

            Yes

        • Jere from USA asked:

The 4500 psi, 90 cu " Air Venturi claims 10-15 "full fills." Does "full" mean from 2000 to 3000 psi? The Air Venturi 88 cu ft. scuba tank claims to fill "300" shots. That seems to me to be about 10 fills figuring 30 shots to a fill. Am I missing something? Thanks. First time Marauder .22 owner currently using hand pump.

          • Tyler from USA:

It all depends on the gun you are filling. The size of the guns air cylinder, the pressure you are refilling at and how much air is in your tank at that time. Generally, on a Marauder, from 1800 psi to 3000 psi on a refill, you would get between 8-10 full fills before the pressure inside the tank drops below 2900 psi.

        • Damon from USA asked:

can I fill this up with a hand pump?

          • Tyler from USA:

You would only be able to fill it partially as pumps generally do not go higher than 3500-3600 psi.

        • Richard from USA asked:

When I want to refill the tank how will I do that?

          • Stacey from USA:

It is best to find a paintball shop that can fill to 4500. Some scuba shops can do it too but may need an additional adapter.

        • Antonio from Mexico asked:

"Regulated to 2,900 psi output + up to 10%" what means + up to 10%?

          • Stacey from USA:

10% of 2900 is 290. The makers of the tank/regulator state that there is standard deviation of up to 10% to the output pressure.

        • Antonio from Mexico asked:

How i can regulate the output to 3000 psi?

          • Stacey from USA:

the tank will likely fulfill the need of any PCP gun with a 3000 psi fill. You can not adjust the regulator

        • Katfellow from USA asked:

Does this have all connections required for filling the Benjamin Discovery?

          • Stacey from USA:

Yes, the fill device includes a female quick-disconnect coupling that fits all Crosman (Benjamin included) products as well as the male quick-disconnect adpaters sold at PA

        • Timothy from USA asked:

Do I need an adaptor of any sort to use this to fill a benjamin marauder

          • Dan the Man from USA:

            No, it'll hook up directly.

        • Jason from USA asked:

Will this tank only pressurize a gun to 2900psi? I just received one, and the local paintball shop could only get it to about 4100psi (hot). When I took it home, and filled my marauder, the gun's manometer only showed about 2750 psi (still 3600psi or so on the tank). Is my guns manometer off a bit? Will this not fill a gun to a full 3000psi?

          • Stacey from USA:

The manometers are likely to deviate by 5-10% too. Best to shoot your gun at that fill and see how it performs, it is more than likely fine. Also, when the tank gets filled, especially from empty, the tank gets hot. When it cools back down the pressure will decrease.

          • John from USA:

the regulator limits you to 2900 (+- 10%)PSI

        • Jordan from USA asked:

How many times would this fill my benjamin marauder

          • Val from USA:

would fill it about 10-15 fills if you refill at 2,000 PSI (that's for the rifle). For Mrod pistol you will get more fills since pistol's tank is smaller

        • Swerv from USA asked:

The female quick disconnect shown here in the photos failed early on (bought for my G4 hand pump); it is no longer even sold; P.Air was nice enough to give me free replacement with higher end version(chrome/$24); need to inquire about which one we get is vital; I will call in tomorrow and find out....if anyone knows please report.

          • Stacey from USA:

PA sold black colored qd's at one time. There was a problem with the threads being too short for some high pressure hoses. This has nothing to do with the black colored fitting on this unit.

        • jamie from USA asked:

can u us a balk co to tank to fill this up with

          • Stacey from USA:

This tank is only for high pressure air only.

        • chance from USA asked:

How many times can I fill my Sam yang 909 500cc with this tank

          • Tyler from USA:

            Roughly 10-15 fills

        • Jonathan from USA asked:

Anyone know where to get the 5k burst cap for this? Mine burst while trying to fill it with the freedom8 for the first time! I see that this site carry's the 7.5k but not the 5k?

          • Stacey from USA:

The 5k burst disk would burst only if you tried to fill it through the hose in the adapter. The 5k disk is there for protection from over filling your gun if the regulator were to fail. The burst disk for the tank is 7.5k. PA will have the 5k disk listed very soon. ONLY FILL THE TANK FROM THE MALE QD ON THE SIDE OF THE TANK VALVE. Sounds like you need this hose for filling from your compressor...

        • Ken from USA asked:

Does anyone make a carrying case or backpack for this tank?

          • anthony from USA:

            PA does

        • mark from USA asked:

how many fills for a 9mm evanix max?

          • Tyler from USA:

            About 10-15 full fills

        • Jacob from USA asked:

Can I use my hand pump to fill this

          • Tyler from USA:

You could, but it would take a very long time and probably not be worth the effort.

        • jose from USA asked:

Like how many times I can fill my marauder with these tank?

          • Tyler from USA:

You can get 10-15 full fills with this tank on a Marauder.
