can it be filled by 4500 psi compressor ? there is way to replace the cga 347 valve for a regular o e
What will i need to fill this tank from a shoebox compressor
Nothing, the hose will connect directly to the output on the shoebox
All your products should include basic specs. What are the dimensions and weight of this tank?
tank is 21.5" tall and 7" in diameter. It weighs approx. 18 lbs
What type of thread is? NxG or CGA?
CGA 347 (scba)
what are the exact connections/ adapters I need to fill this up via paintball shop?
AV-00046 [Air Venturi Double Male Quick-Disconnect...] converts the qd on the end of the hose to a male just like the paintball HP tanks have.
What is the exact part I need to fill this at a paintball shop?
I have a carbon fiber tank and valve, where can I get the house and gauge assembly ? Or did I miss something ? Thank you
air tanks for sale .com they have the valves and whip.
is it possible to have this connected to your gun during operation like with a paintball gun?
Can I use this tank to fill my small 90 cu in Ninja paintball tank?
If it has the male foster quick detach on the side then yes you can.
What fitting do I need to get this tank filled at dive shop??
You need to talk to the filling station and ask if they can fill a tank that has a CGA 347 valve to 4,500 psi.
Can we get a screw on cap to protect the threads when transporting the tank?
You'll have to shop for one that fits a CGA 347.
can we use this( Air Venturi Female DIN Adapter,... ) to refill this tank?
No, the tank has a CGA-347 valve.
is the gauge on the tank shows the pressure on the tank or the output pressure?
The large gauge on the tank shows the pressure in the tank.
I and others are curious about the # of fills with this 88CF tank. Say you have it at 4500psi, and a stock Marauder with 2200psi remaining, which you fill to 2900. How many times can you fill it from 22 to 2900 before you can no longer hit 2900? My tank expired before I was able to use it so I and others want some real world numbers before spending the big bucks on this.
How many fills from this 88 cu ft tank to the smaller 90 ci tank? Thanks
I think he meant how many gun fills compared to the smaller tank. That I don't know for sure, but this tank is about six times the size, so if you got 12 fills from this then I suppose you'd get 2 fills from the smaller one. I would only consider the smaller for field carry, but probably better to carry a hand pump. Those numbers are just an example, I don't know how many fills each can provide, but I've asked in the above Q.
None, you need to fill it at a paintball shop.
Where do you get your tank tested
I took mine to the local welding supply, who shipped it to a place in Los Angeles for testing. The reasoning was the welding shop wouldn't do tanks with rounded bottoms (lame). It took over a week and I think $30 (ten yrs ago). Some misc info: People who home fill often don't have them tested when due, but getting caught on a public road with a filled/expired tank is probably as bad as murder considering the lesser crime of filling 1lb propane bottles. Also, CF tanks have a permanent expiry date of 15yrs from mfg because the resin drys over time which will cause cracks, cracks break CF strands, enough broken fibers = boom. So they have a good reason, just be aware this $700+ tank is not forever. They are very cool though...
Look in your local phone book under "Fire dept. equipment, or Fire extinguishers".
The paintball field said they could fill this tank if it had a "quick connect". Does it have one, which adapter do I need If I need one?
No, the small 90 cubic inch tanks come with the quick connect. This has a cga 347 valve.
How much air does it fill in .25 Benjamin murauder
You can fill the .25 caliber to 3,000 psi.
How big is this tank? Overall length including the valve? Diameter?
The tank is 24 1/2" long with a valve, 21 1/2" without. 7" diameter.
Why doesn't someone answer the other questions?
Will this tank work with a Benjamin Marauder .22 cal?
How does this tank get filled? It looks like it uses an SCBA adaptor to empty. I have the 90c.i.model. Currently fill from SCBA tanks but would like to use fire dept fill stations so I can get 4500psi
It has a cga 347 valve on it. Paint ball stores generally carry the adapters to fill them. The 90 cu in tanks can be filled by a paint ball store easily. Fire departments can fill them for you if they are allowed to.
1. does this set up have all the adaptor(s) needed to refill Evanix Giant X2 Rifle? if not, what else do I need? 2. do I need additional attachment to prevent water vapor being injected into the reservoir tank of the Air rifle? or has the water trap already been incorporated into the valve?
You just need a Air Venturi Male Quick-Disconnect, 1/8".... Their shouldn't be water in the tank since the compressors already have air dryers on them when they fill your tank.
Do they sell the connector that goes from the tank to the gun separately?
I assume you mean the hose and adapter set up? We sell a few different hose set ups. Check them out in the PCP/CO2 section.
