No, this scope does not have an IR feature.

  • MauiWally from USA asked:

The description states the eye relief is 3.5mm? This should be inches right?

      Correct. Inches

  • robert from USA asked:

will this scope stand up to a magnum break barrel airrifle

    • Tyler from USA:

      It should, yes

  • sparks from USA asked:

Can this scope withstand the recoil from an RWS 52 spring gun?

    • Tyler from USA:

It should be able to. But any scope can break on a magnum like the 52. That is why Hawke has a limited lifetime warranty on their scopes.

Does it have sniper style turrets

    • Stanley from USA:

No has screw on caps with regular turn adjusters.

  • David from USA asked:

I heard that the Map-6 Reticle allows some special "on-field" adjustment for distance that sets this scope apart. Can you please explain?

    • Stanley from USA:

It has multi aim points just like the mil dots do. I have this scope mounted to my talon-p and it is very accurate. The squirrels and rockchucks don't like thats for sure.

  • Dave from USA asked:

Stephan from USA asked: Q:does this scope have a glass etched reticle? Wire reticles just don't hold up. what about the new Air Max 30 side-wheel? Any info?

    • Robert from USA:

Hawke website indicates the reticle is etched glass

    • Stanley from USA:

It does not have the side focus feature. It has the regular front adjustable objective.

    • Erika from U.S. Virgin Islands:

No, it is a wire ballistic reticle with multi-aim points. No feedback on the sidewheel.

  • Nathan from USA asked:

What are the recommended best or best buy rings for this scope?

    • joe from USA:

if you buy a 50mm lens scope you will need high rings so the front bell clears the gun. if you have a 40mm you will need medium rings. if you have a 32mm lens you can use low rings. if its a 44mm lens you should be able to get away with medium rings.

    • Dan the Man from USA:

It depends on what you are putting it on.
