Do anyone know if they have a compact version?
Not at this time
it sure seems most airgun scopes advertise capability of withstanding springer recoil. I have a few harsh ones (R-1's, Wby Patriot, Wby Tomahawk) that have destroyed a few scopes. These Mantis seem just what I'm looking for (no electronics, covered turrets, medium size objective lens). What is the chance that the Mantis line at this very reasonable price point would hold up?
I have used this scope on a Hatsan 125 magnum springer for months without any issues. I would think it will be just fine on any of the guns you mentioned.
Does it come with a bikini cover or something to protect the lenses?
Yes they do.
Where are Mantis scopes made?
Interesting that this is a recommended scope with rifle packages but no reviews and can't find much info on it. Anyone have any hands-on experience with this item?
I found this review online: http://hardairmagazine.com/reviews/new-mantis-airgun-scopes-air-venturi-offer-value-performance/
Is it 3x9 or 4-12? And what does the reticle look like?
4x12x40mm AO , mill dot reticle,1/4 MOA. See image.
