  • Brandon from USA asked:

How low can the regulator be set? Trying to get the FPE as low as possible.

    • Mark from USA:

The Avenger has not been released yet. No one has done any measurement on the minimum regulator setting.

  • Patrick from Canada asked:

    Any Canadian version comming ?

    • Mark from USA:

At this time there is no information on a Canadian model.

  • hunter from USA asked:

Looks like its turning into the gauntlet with the continued release date being pushed back once again. Any idea if this gun is actually gonna be released this year?

    • Tim from USA:

Let's see if this time my response gets posted it's my understanding that the first shipment of Avengers is sitting on the docks right now in costumes and if there is another order on the way Steve from a v a g talked to Tyler from Pyramyd Air the other day and Tyler told him that they should start shipping out this next week but then again the date got pushed back to July 20th as a ship date if they're sitting on the dock in the USA now what's the big hold up on them ??

    • Tim from USA:

Its my understanding from Tyler from Pyramyd Air did the first shipment is in customs right now and should be released soon there is a second order on the way ! At least that's what Steve from airgun blog was told by Tyler ! In Steve's video that's what he said ! So if the guns are here why is the in stick date pushed back 3 weeks at a time ??

    • Mark from USA:

The Avenger is made in China. Currently, many shipments have been delayed by the Covid-19 Pandemic.

  • Kirk from USA asked:

How many magazines come with the air rifle?

    • Mark from USA:

Includes two magazines and single shot tray

  • Diana from USA asked:

The gun is rated for 300 bar, and one of the recommended pumps is the Air Venturi/Hill MK4 hand pump... both of which I have on order with Pyramyd Air. The pump manual clearly warns not to pump over 275 bar... yet the PA specifications state it pumps to 4500 psi, or 310 bar. What am I missing here, and did I order the wrong pump due to incorrect advertising?

    • Richard from USA asked:

Assuming factory tune, how many rounds in .25 do think one could expect if hand pumping to 3000psi and refilling at 2000psi? Just getting into PCP. (may have access to scuba tank, but it is also only 3000.

      • Mark from USA:

        Approx 25 shots

    • corey from USA asked:

Will the in-stock date change based on the number of pre-order purchases or does that indicate when orders will ship?

      • Mark from USA:

The instock date is when we hope to get the item in stock. The supply chain is still somewhat uncertain due to Covid-19.

    • Jamie from USA asked:

Can it be converted to left hand?

      • Mark from USA:

        No

    • Justin from USA asked:

Do the Air Venturi Seneca sling studs fit this model as well?

      • Mark from USA:

        Yes

    • Kierstyn from USA asked:

Does this come with a scope?

      • Mark from USA:

        No

    • Bob from USA asked:

Can You ship to NJ ? Thanks,Be Safe & Well

      • Mark from USA:

Any airgun to NJ has to go thru a FFL dealer.

    • Dan from USA asked:

Can you add a suppressor to make a little more BY friendly?

      • richard from USA:

I also Ordered the Avenger in .25 and ordered a adapter and a DonnyFL Sumo in .30,Steve from AEAC replied to a Youtube comment I posted that the Sumo mite prevent you from filling the air tank when fitted,so removing the Sumo mite be needed to enable refilling of the Avenger,Steve also mentioned that doing this every refill mite change POI once Sumo is attached. I will find out if theres any POI issues once I`ve tested my Avenger setup, there could be small barrel extension available,If I experience problems with POI shift with removing Sumo every fill I guess I`ll get a slimmer moderator.

      • joverton from USA:

YES YOU CAN! I ordered a .30 Donnyfl sumo for the .25 I ordered. You'll also need a barrel adapter.

      • Mark from USA:

The barrel shroud has a threaded cap. You will be able to add a moderator.

    • Jean from Canada asked:

Can I get this shipped to Canada (Quebec)(

      • Mark from USA:

No. We can not ship any airgun that shoots faster than 500 FPS to Canada.

    • Matt from USA asked:

What is the reason behind having a hole where the fill probe cap is? Does it serve a purpose?

      • Mark from USA:

The lower fitting is a cover over the fill nipple with a hole in it.

    • jaret from USA asked:

can you put a donnfl on it or will it get in the way of the fill probe cap?

      • Tim from USA:

Steve from Airgun Exploration & Advancement put one on it already.

      • Mark from USA:

The Avenger has not been delivered yet. No one has attempted a moderator mount.

    • Polank from USA asked:

Is the Avenger coming in a combo pack?

      • Mark from USA:

There will probably be combo kits in the future.

    • Juan from Panama asked:

this air venturi avenger is the same as the nova vista leviathan ???

      • Mark from USA:

They look pretty much the same. They are probably made in the same factory.

    • JB from USA asked:

Are there any plans for this gun to have a larger cylinder with less fill pressure? I was ready to order one last night in 25 caliber until I calculated how many times I could refill the gun with my (2) 45cf scba tanks and unless I am wrong I can only refill the gun 2.6 times with each tank assuming they are completely filled to 4500psi when I start unless I want to loose some of the 24 shots. Please correct me on my calculations if I am wrong. Thanks for your help.

      • richard from USA:

Many reviewers seem to be finding that reducing reg pressure from factory tune is giving same fps, better air efficiency and better accuracy. So dropping from factory 2900psi to 2650psi in .25 giving very good results. Steve from AEAC Vlog as done a extensive tuning guide on the Avenger in .22 doing 3 tunes a Eco tune a Pro tune and a Power tune, giving reg pressure setting and Hammer Spring for each tune.

      • Benny from USA:

You can simply fill to the max pressure your tank is able to provide and shoot several hundred shots on one cylinder. Adjust the guns regulator to 2200 psi and you'll get about 45-50 shots at 900-910 fps with 25.4 JSB kings and you will still have nice shot capacity at reduced fill pressures.

    • joverton from USA asked:

      Will these take Gauntlet/Marauder mags?

      • Harry from USA:

As Joverton said above, YES it will take the mrod mags.

      • joverton from USA:

I guess I'll answer my own question! I have both the Seneca Aspen, and the Nova Liberty, and they will take the Gauntlet/Marauder mags!

      • Mark from USA:

        No

    • David from USA asked:

Does the senaca aspen magazine fit the air Venturi avenger?

      • Mark from USA:

        Yes

    • Douglas from USA asked:

Does this have a Male quick connect for air filling? or How does it get air

    • John from USA asked:

How much are extra magazine's going to be priced at?

    • John from USA asked:

Is this a real Weaver size and not like the Hatsan's except for the similar 11mm?

      • Mark from USA:

The scope rail is weaver spec.

    • Marcelo from USA asked:

      Fits marauder magazines?

      • Harry from USA:

I'm not sure why this question keeps getting answered as no. They do take mrod mags.

      • Mark from USA:

        No

    • Charles from USA asked:

I use a hand pump for my 3,000 psi air rifles this is higher pressure so can I still use a hand pump?

      • Mark from USA:

Yes,Most hand pumps go to 3600 psi to 4500 psi.

    • Steven from USA asked:

Do the magazines on these fit nice and tight with a positive click Ive had several problems with sloppy fitting mags on some air guns.

      • cosmic from USA asked:

Is it available in wood stock version ?

        • Mark from USA:

          Not at this time.

      • Steve from USA asked:

Is the availability date firm or can we expect it to slip?

        • Mark from USA:

The instock date is the best current information we have, It could change.

      • David from USA asked:

        Is the breech synthetic?

        • Mark from USA:

          Aluminum.

      • James from USA asked:

What is the nation of origin?

        • Mark from USA:

          China

      • Lucius from USA asked:

Is this a choked barrel or unchoked? Has it been tested with various slugs?

        • richard from USA:

Steve from AEAC vlog as done a extensive tuning guide, the Avenger seems to be a freak of nature in that it shoots just about everything well and shoots JSB pellets,Air Arms,FX Hybrid slugs,NSA slugs,H&N slugs very well and many more pellets.

        • Benny from USA:

It has been tested with FX hybrids and shoots them extremely well. Watch pyramids video released this week and see the performance with several pellets and FX slugs.

        • Mark from USA:

The barrel is choked. It has not been tested with slugs.

      • Shane from USA asked:

How loud is it? Does anyone have a decibel test?

        • Jonathan from USA:

The video posted on PA shows it at around 102db

      • rod from USA asked:

Does it use a foster fitting for filling?

        • Mark from USA:

Yes. The provided fill adapter clicks into a female foster.

      • MIKE from USA asked:

About how many 40fpe shot can I expect from a 3200psi fill -- jsb kings 24.39

        • Benny from USA:

Set the regulator to 2200 - 2300 psi and it will surprise you with it's shot capacity and accuracy. I would expect 30-35 shots at 3600 psi fill.

        • Mark from USA:

          20-24 Shots

      • John from USA asked:

What are the expected shot counts for the three calibers?

        • Benny from USA:

With reg set to 2300 psi, 25.4 kings ran 910 fps very accurately for about 45 shots. Watch pyramid's review video...it did great with slugs too.

        • richard from USA:

The shot count for the .25 looks about right, from what I`ve learned about the avenger, the .25 as different internals from the .22,so the .25 is geared more towards hunting where power is more of a priority over high shot count. The .25 shot count of 24 is pretty good considering the power on tap,24 shots is 3 mags. The Umarex gaunlet .25 only gets 28 shots per fill and that as a bigger air tank,

        • MIKE from USA:

That doesn't seem right It would be the only rifle I've ever heard of having that big a diff from 22 to 25. Guess we will have to wait for a utube review. Compare to a regulated flashpup with 3 inch shorter barrel. install a reg drill the port to 120 and get 30 good powerful shots, with a smaller tube at only 200 bar vs 300bar. Shot count can't be correct!

        • Mark from USA:

          .177-70 shots max. .22 cal -60 shots max .25 cal-24 shots max.

      • John from USA asked:

What are the pressure settings on the regulator for the given performance levels? Am I wrong in assuming that the much higher energy output of the .25 cal is due to a higher regulator pressure setting resulting also a lower shot count due the the larger retained pressure?

        • John from USA:

Yes, that is exactly correct. The vastly higher shot count for the .22" comes directly from the lower regulator setting pressure. The real advantage for the .22" comes from not having to fill the tank to 300 Bar to get shots, but a lower reg pressure will still give a usable shot count for 22 at the same energy. I think Mark was thinking fill pressure, instead of regulator set pressure. If you are filling from a tank then you will get to have more fills without having to stop at the 3000 PSI level Which gives Zero shots with the .25. This makes me think, do I really, really want the .25".

        • Mark from USA:

Probabaly not. The regulator for a 22-25 cal would be set the same. The 25 cal will shoot at a slightly lower velocity.

      • Ivory from USA asked:

What's the average fps & energy of the .25 , on its lowest regulated power setting ? Backyard friendly ?

        • richard from USA:

The Hammer Spring seems to be on the weak side,so when reg maxed out then reduced to 2600psi in .25 there was no reduction in fps and the reg/HS seemed more in harmony and better efficiency was achieved, maybe someone will bring out a stronger HS to replace factory. Reviewers seem to be getting 40 to 50 shots in .25 depending on tune.

        • MIKE from USA:

Except the velocity is not a linear function pressure. There is a balance between pressure hamer spring, weight ,return spring etc. Every gun has a sweet spot. Setting the gun so the pressure is at sweet spot gets most power weather its 120 bar or 160 bar or whatever.

        • John from USA:

If we assume that the 45 FPE for .25" cal is from a regulator output pressure of 3.000 PSI. then having the regulator set at say 1,000 PSI would be expected to produce no more than 15 FPE, Then you get a velocity of around 500 FPS for a 25.4 gr pellet. That should be very quiet except for the terminal impact thud. Since this pressure change is quite large, it will probably be necessary to set the hammer spring also for this result.

        • Mark from USA:

We do not test guns at multiple power settings. We do not have that information. The gun is reasonably back yard friendly.

      • Matt from USA asked:

Why does it have "two barrels", one on the top and one on the bottom? Is this dual caliber?

        • Mark from USA:

No. The lower tube is the compressed air cylinder. The upper tube is the thinner barrel in a thicker shroud.

      • Glenn from USA asked:

This is basically Seneca's(by Air Venturi) Aspen without the built-in pump so the question is will Donny's #A50 fits on this one?

        • Leslie from USA:

Aspen is not regulated. Avenger air tube is much larger. l Gun is different

        • Nikolay from USA:

All my research leads me to believe so, but I would also love to hear some confirmation from the manufacturer on this: Is the threaded adapter on the end of the barrel/shroud dimensionally compatible with the Seneca Aspen? (and vice versa)

      • Troy from USA asked:

Is this gun back yard friendly? How loud is it?

        • Benny from USA:

Adjustable regulator on this model can be set from 0 psi to max so it can be set up to perform at any level...very quiet backyard plinking to 100 yd varmint buster.

      • Ivory from USA asked:

Will the open sights from the "Air Venturi Avenger 1100 - break barrel" be able to fit on this Avenger ? I think it would be right to put the Avenger 1100 sights on the New Avenger !

        • Mark from USA:

          No. They will not fit.

      • Ivory from USA asked:

Can we get the "Air Venturi Avenger 1100 - open sights on top, ? AFTER MARKET ?"

        • Ivory from USA:

Do you think I'll be able to buy a " barrel band " from the same place that has the rear sights ?

        • Mark from USA:

No. The sights will not fit. There is no front sight unit that fits the Avenger available. Rear sights that fit the weaver rail are available.

      • Erica from USA asked:

I'm assuming the barrel is rifled. However I'm not seeing that in the description

        • Paul from USA:

          You'll see it under specifications.

        • Mark from USA:

          The barrel is rifled.

      • Howard from USA asked:

What ring height is necessary to mount a scope with 40mm objective?

        • Mark from USA:

If the scope has a 1" tube ,you need high rings. If the scope has a 30mm tube, you may be able to use med rings. The 30mm tube scope may need high rings to allow access to the magazine/breech.

      • Ian from USA asked:

Does this have a threaded barrel for the addition of a silencer?

        • Mark from USA:

The shroud end cap is threaded and is removeable.

      • Edward from USA asked:

Is the air cylinder removable or built in?

        • Mark from USA:

          The air cylinder is built-in.

      • Alan from USA asked:

How big is the air tank, and how many shots can you get at maximum pressure?

        • Mark from USA:

the air tank is 180cc . The average fill is approx 70 shots in .177 , 60 shots in 22 cal,and 24 shots in 25 cal

      • Drew from USA asked:

Are barrels of each cal choked?

        • Mark from USA:

          Yes

      • Robert from USA asked:

what is the range of trigger weights, 1 or 2 stage trigger, power/pressure range of regulator range.

        • Mark from USA:

Two-Stage Adjustable Trigger. The reg adjusts from 100 psi to 3000 psi. We do not have pull weights on the trigger.

      • S.M. from USA asked:

I am curious as to what kind of OEM parts availability will be had and if a full schematic for these rifles will be available? I am already frustrated with another manufacturer and distributor for not making parts available.

        • richard from USA:

I`ve got a feeling the 3rd party tuning parts will become available ie,stronger Hammer Spring for example, maybe wood stocks, but in my opinion it would be better to spend as little on rifle, its a budget gun, cheap and cheerful, but each to there own.

        • Mark from USA:

WE import these and will service the guns. Parts will be available ,as we are the importer.
